Essam and staff lovely to deal with. Excellent position and lovely and quiet . Bedding super.
The only thing was the bed was soft but that is personal preference and did not matter.

Walking into the building a very fresh clean smell.
The lady was very charming, a lovely gesture of chocolates.
It would be nice if a little breakfast was offered although we brought our own porridge and added water.

The host was very kind! The room has everything needed, a comfortable bed, a TV, a small breakfast station. Loved the shower, quite powerful! The host gave us chocolates, that was a nice touch :)
I liked everything but a hairdryer would be nice.

Exactly what it says on the tin - comfortable room with clean en-suite. Perfect for the occasion.
Parking can be challenging when busy as heavily permitted area, but there are lots of free spaces available if you drive around a bit - just need to find an empty space!

The accommodation is in a great location, a short walk from the Cardiff city centre. It is very close to the gorgeous Pontcanna Fields, also to the nice beer gardens, restaurants and bars. Our host was great and friendly. The room was super clean and we had access to a kitchen which was great. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Cardiff next time..

Extremely clean and well equipped room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfy bed. Situated just a lovely half-hour walk from the train station. Will definitely use it again if I'm back in Cardiff.

Bigger room than expected and very clean, nice shower
Bed was plenty big enough but we found it very uncomfortable with a dip in the middle

The room was clean and spacious with a kettle, cups and saucers, teaspoons, tea, coffee, milk and sugar & biscuits, a hairdryer, iron and radiator. The bathroom was clean and modern with a hot shower with strong water pressure. There's a communal kitchen with a kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker, grill, chairs and table, I didn't cook but I did make use of the drinking water from the tap. The staff are friendly, helpful and polite, they even brought me 2 small chocolates. I had a wonderful stay, the bed is very comfortable with a good quality duvet and pillows. I got upgraded to a large room, it has a sofa and desk. The city centre is not too far away it's a 25min walk which isn't that bad for me personally.

Room was quite cold. Radiator gave out very little heat.

Close to all amenities. Easy access to public transport. Good value for money. Very clean environment.. Facilities to prepare uncooked breakfast and eat ready made meals

Great location and value for money. Huge TV. Comfortable.
Felt slightly weird being part of a weight loss clinic and the room clearly had previously been a clinical space.

It was a lovely large room with a decent size en-suite. the TV was large and had a good supply of teabags etc. It was comfortable. We were also lucky to get some chocolates on arrival.
There was so much noise from people above stomping about as there are no carpets. We sadly were awoken by other guests slamming doors at 5am and shouting to their room. This then set off the people above and it was pretty awful. Not the owners fault but sound proofing with carpets may have helped. There were random decoration without a real theme. The duvet was rather worn.
