I book through Booking.com, but booking.com did not mention hotel pool under renovation. I paid the amount quit high for full facility, in the end , pool , entrance, pool bar all under renovation, can not use, very sad, no place to go in this small town and very unpleasant stay.

These are some of the issues I faced, Upon arrival, the extended waiting time of approximately 1.5 hours for lunch was the initial concern, particularly noting the absence of prior communication regarding potential delays. Such forewarning would have allowed for alternative arrangements to be made. On the second day, a functional issue with the bidet spray in the restroom was identified by me. Regrettably, the response time for maintenance was protracted, and even then, the issue remained unresolved. The necessity for a second request to facilitate a room change, which ideally should have been anticipated and actioned by the hotel staff, underscores a service shortfall. In light of these inconveniences, the management’s gesture of offering a complimentary dinner at the restaurant was a positive step towards service recovery, and is duly appreciated. Furthermore, the unexpected closure of the hotel pool, a facility that significantly influenced the choice of this hotel, was not communicated prior to arrival or during the booking process by Booking.com or the hotel. This lack of information was a source of disappointment.

Came here the second time and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. My grandmother especially loved the breakfast options provided.
