I received a very nice welcome and had a room on the first floor....I would think newly refurbished....very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast in this hotel are great....very freshly cooked and lots of variety.

I was happy with everything and was able to watch good tennis on the many tv sets in the hotel.

The staff at this hotel and its restaurant were fantastic. Helpful, courteous, pleasant, responsive, and pro-active. They were literally the best staff I have ever encountered in any hotel I’ve stayed in.

Clean, quiet facilities. Location and parking facilities perfect. Clean quiet pool a bonus (especially when the sun is shining).

Beds are uncomfortable (dipping). Checking in was slow on past 2 visits. Although reception staff were just sitting in side room. No bell or alarm to notify them.

Absolument tout. L'hôtel est parfait, le staff aussi. Parking super et gratuit pour personnes porteuses de handicap. L'espace sport piscine est parfait. La chambre, baignoire, lits tout est nickel et confortable. La deco et style sont très jolis. Le lieu est calme et arboré, face à la bibliothèque universitaire c'est sympa. Nous avons hâte de revenir. Vegan friendly en plus.

Rien. Il manque juste le vegan full english breakfast et le tchai tea latte Starkbucks. Boutique maillots de bain serait super. Et couches bain bébé par exemple.

Room was a good size - the food in the bar was good and quick to be delivered.

The coffee in the Starbucks was SO hot it burnt my mouth! Not good when you are about to deliver a training day. Gym looked a little on the small side although I didn't use it as didn't have time.

Breakfast was very good.

The walls seem to be acoustically transparent. Very noisy in the morning.

Friendliness of staff, nothing was too much trouble and as a disabled person the room facilities were first class.

The hotel was clean and family friendly. The stuff very kind, caring and friendly. They gave lots of attention to the children and nothing was too much for them. Food was good and enough choice. We loved our stay at Holiday inn in Sutton and 100% recommended. Thank you

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great for what we required.

The room was small for what was sold as an executive room. There was only one bathrobe when we checked in despite the room booked for 2 people and had to call the front desk to obtain another one. The following morning after housekeeping had made our room up there were no bathrobes at all and the complementary bottles of water had not been replaced and the used drinking glasses were still on the bedside tables. The instructions when turning the TV on didn't work and we had to call the front desk to come to the room and resolve the problem. On the second day of our stay one of the lifts was out of order and remained so for the rest of our stay. The fee for parking the car in the hotels dedicated car park was excessive.

Pleasant large room with everything needed. Swift check-in and check-out with helpful staff. Good breakfast. Functioning air conditioning that responded to user control.

Impossible to find your way into without a satnav. Very slow service in the restaurant. Very busy when I arrived so can understand it took a while to take and fulfil my order. However by the time I finished my main course the restaurant was nearly empty but I sat there for 20 minutes and nobody came near me to ask if I wanted a sweet or coffee. Finally got up and went to the bar and signed off the bill. Another solo gentleman on the next table again had to get up and go to the bar to order a sweet. In these days when so much emphasis is rightly put on disabled access it is pretty stupid to design a dining room that requires people to help themselves to their food and carry back to the tables on three levels.

Carpet in room could have been cleaned/hoovered slightly better. Loud music in night until 1 am, not sure whether coming from neighboring bedroom or ground level restaurant. Apart from that the hotel was really nice and modern, we enjoyed our stay, many thanks to the employees.

I want to say a big THANK YOU to the staff of Holiday Inn Sutton for looking after my family and I. The service was excellent and my family and I had a great time. The facilities were awesome and the food was delicious. We really felt refreshed after our stay.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the price of parking is too much. £12.00 a day is just ridiculous. £6.00 would be very reasonable. I would like the price to be adjusted.
