Lovely condo , well stocked with all needed items. Great location with a parking spot . Balcony sadly was unusable. Very comfortable & roomy.

This is our 2nd stay at this property. It’s such a wonderful condo, stocked with everything you could possibly need. Outsanding location to beach and restaurants. Completely equipped kitchen. Spacious rooms with 2 baths nicely accomodated all guests. Locker on the beach filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again. Marc is a great host.

Everything...and I mean everything is perfection in this condo by the sea. From the beach vibe with a touch of Bruce decor to the well-stocked kitchen and beach locker, this condo is just what you need to step out of your regular life and into vacation mode. You are two short blocks to the beach and a few blocks to the action of Cookman Street, The Stone Pony, the boardwalk, and the quiet of Ocean Grove. Whatever you are into, you will find it on your AP vacation. Definitely book your vacation here...you won't be disappointed.

The condo was very nice, clean and great location. Only 2 blocks from the beach and having the locker with beach chairs and umbrellas was great!

then look no further. this very clean apartment with a big kitchen, nice living room an two baths is the place to go. close to the beach, it has towels, beach chairs, etc. we can highly tecommend the place.

Common living space is larger than it appears in photos. Great property, only 2.5 blocks from the beach and also close enough to walk into town. Stocked with almost everything you’d need in terms of both kitchen supplies and beach gear.

Great location, super clean and way more spacious than it appears in the photos. The host had every single thing we needed plus incredible water pressure in the showers. Can’t wait to return next summer!

This is the second time we stayed in this property. First stay was great and so was this stay. Only disappointment was that the balcony was still closed due to repairs...all the balconies on the building are being repaired. We had a slight problem getting the screen door to open and the owner was VERY responsive. He stopped by within 30 minutes and fixed the issue. The apartment is in a great location as it's just about 2.5 blocks to the beach. This is the North Beach so surfing only--no swimming and less crowds (a positive)--but it's a very short walk to the next beach where you can swim. We had several family members visit during our stay and free street parking wasn't a problem. Of course, we had the parking spot right behind the building which was a big plus! If you like to cook the kitchen is well equipped. Overall, a very nice place to stay in AP.

Marc was an excellent host. Seemingly thought of everything for the apartment and communicated exceptionally well. Great place in a great location.

Wonderful condo to stay in, in the fun town of Asbury Park! The condo was so spacious, very clean and nicely decorated -comforters on bed etc. They provide badges, chairs and beach towels which is such a great plus. We were able to walk to the beach, Convention Hall, into town and to restaurants. Walking into town is about 15-20 minutes. We didn't really have to ask Marc any questions because he has a book put together with all the info on the town and his place. He checked in to make sure we were doing ok anyway. I would definitely rent this place again!

We love Asbury. Been coming here for years as day trips but moved from NJ to MD in 2020 so couldn’t do it as a day trip anymore. We decided to book a week and glad we did. The condo is great. Nicely decorated, fully stacked with everything you could possibly need. Great proximity to the beach and boardwalk. Just 2 long blocks. Great restaurants and music venues. We could not possibly have asked for more. Hope to do the same next summer. Maybe 2 weeks next time as we hated to leave.

What a fantastic two weeks we had here! Marc was such a gracious and informative host, and went over the property and amenities in detail when we first arrived. The condo was fully equipped for all of our needs - sheets, towels, washer/dryer, cookware, dishes, etc. (and even copper mugs to make Moscow Mules!). Beach chairs and beach towels were available as well as enough beach tags for our whole family. The location with a view of the lake was ideal, and only a couple short blocks from the beach and boardwalk! The condo was clean and modern and the showers were so refreshing after a day at the beach. Conveniently located near grocery, liquor/beer, and convenience stores, yet in a residential setting. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it for your next vacation!

Marc and Suzanne are great hosts and the property is exactly as listed. It was extremely clean and had a very well stocked kitchen if you like to cook. The furniture and beds were all comfy and we loved just sitting outside on the balcony (room for 4 adults) to eat dinner or enjoy a coffee. Definitely one of the top three if not the top rentals that we have stayed in over the past 10 years. Location is great--the North Beach is not as crowded...but be warned that it is the surf beach so no swimming permitted. You'll have to walk a little ways to the next beach if you want to swim. Not a big deal. Marc checked in with us mid week to insure that all was well and responded quickly to my inquiries. Overall, a five star place to stay.

This was our first time visiting Asbury Park and we couldn’t be more happy with Marc’s place to make great family vacation memories for summer of 2020. Just short couple blocks walk to the beach and the neighborhood was residential and quiet. The location is northern part of Asbury Park by the surf side so if you want to go surfing AND swim, Marc’s place is great. The surf area is separated by a jetty and there’s a bathroom facility and outdoor showers less frequented by the other beach goers. Marc’s condo was immaculate, with lots of closet space and FILLED with everything you need. Most places we’ve rented, we had to bring our own linens, bath and beach towels, paper products, tinfoil, zip locks, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent etc but Marc accommodate all that and so much more. My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee and late night drinks out on the balcony while our kids were asleep safe and sound inside. View of Deal Lake while sitting on the balcony was bonus. We can’t wait to go back!

I really enjoyed my stay. The condo was great and is exactly like the pictures. The owners were attentive and always asking if we needed anything. I would highly recommend!!

This property was beautiful and comfortable and extremely well appointed with everything you could need for some time at the Jersey Shore. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk and a short hop over to Cookman Avenue for a night out. Perfect!

Owners were lovely to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable & felt at home. Condo lived up to the description & beyond. The bedrooms are peaceful and comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and the showers are a dream. The kitchen is amazing, especially if you like to cook like me- you’ll be impressed! The property is well maintained, neighbors were sparse during the week- a bit more active on the weekend- but still a peaceful get away compared to staying at the popular hotels (which we have stayed at all of them- much prefer the condo!!). Quiet tea/coffee overlooking the lake was a treat. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes with little ones. We used a cart and were able to easily get back and forth. There were plenty of chairs for us to use, we really wouldn’t bring much if we were to rent again. I would rent again in a heartbeat! Really was a pleasure from start to finish.

Marc and Suzanne have thought of everything! We had everything that we needed to have a great family get together in Asbury Park and only 2 blocks from the beach. Linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach tags are all provided and the kitchen is stocked with everything needed for a gourmet meal or a celebration. In addition, the condo, the appliances, furniture and supplies and all virtually brand new. It was perfect for our needs and more than lived up to all the descriptions provided.

Marc’s apt was the perfect place for us to stay on vacation. It is well equipped w a full kitchen, towels, beach chairs, etc.. the location is great, right near the Asbury Park boardwalk but off to the side so it’s quiet. The only downfall for us were the AC units. They were awfully noisy and uncomfortable even when on so we remained in a hot apt. Otherwise we very much enjoyed
