Great work out room, lobby is lovely. Elevators are quiet, people are nice

336 is a room for disabled guests. Normally this is not a problem, but the floor was greasy, no non-slip in the tub made it dangerous.

Rooms are a little older looking compared to the renovated modern looking lobby area

It’s near Katy Mills. The 1st room smelled of cat urine (we had pets so we were given a pet room. We were given a different room with no problem. The 2nd room was fine. The pool isn’t heated. Although it was extremely hot outside-the pool certainly shocked the system.

The pool wasn’t heated and cold. It’s inside. The breakfast was typical hotel food but they ran out of eggs very early in the service.

Room was dirty there was pet hair all over the bed and on the floor my wife couldn't sleep she has allergies she was itchy all night. Breakfast was very poor

I did no enjoy my stay we lifted our sheets to stains on them. The microwave was full of old food I took pictures and asked management for a full refund we did not sleep the smell inside the rooms were terrible

Inn my room they had hair in shower & around 3 am they had water on the floor not sure where it came from but we had to get towels to clean it up!!!!

Just make sure the showers are clean !!!!

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Indoor pool was very nice. Fitness center was small but decent to get a nice workout in. The breakfast was normal hotel breakfast but everything was clean and my family enjoyed the food.

The floor was stayed on was Hot! (3rd floor) Not sure if the air conditioner stopped working or was not on, but everyday we traveled through the hallway it was wrapped in heat, not to mention how hot it was outside, the heat in the hallway didn’t make our walk to our room pleasant.

Staff was very friendly. We like La Quinta hotels. Location was perfect for our needs.

Breakfast bar was not clean, eggs and gray were empty. Each time I went for food, one or both were empty. Not what I expect from La Quinta properties. Also, trash was laying around inside the hotel. Again, not what the norm for this brand.

I tried for two full days to get my room cleaned. "Yes we will have some one clean it" only 2 be told "oh they must have forgot" Could not get clean towels and had 2 go to Walmart to purchase some bc front desk told me cleaning crew had put them all up

Location was amazing and price.

Walking into the facility it smelled like dog. It was very unattractive to walk the halls and it smell like that. Our room smelled like big dogs have been I'm there. So unattractive the smell. It made the stay nauseating and that was such a turn off.
