As always, we loved the service, cleanliness, location and room size.
The ONLY thing we didn't enjoy was the fact that the beds are SUPER HARD and SUPER uncomfortable. It's equivalent to sleeping on the floor. Pillows were super soft, though and covers.

Poor communications between Bookings.com and hotel relative to breakfast which we paid extra from with bookings and hotel overlooked. And, no credit for my Hilton Honors program since I booked through you. I'll book direct in the future.

Staff was professional, room was clean, location was very easy to find and easy access to highway.
Our room was located too close to a meeting room. There was music playing and partying going on until early morning hours. I called the front desk at 12:35 a.m. to let them know it was very disturbing and asked how much longer it would be going on. I was told they would asked them to turn it down. It was thirty minutes later when that happened!!
I just felt like if the staff knew the meeting room was reserved; for a wedding reception, a party, and music was involved they knew it was going to be loud! So, giving guests that we’re not involved in whatever was going on , a room close by was not the best decision.
If the meeting room was reserved in advance, what it was reserved for should have been written down so whoever was working at the time of check-in would know not to use the room close by. I feel that any person who was part of the celebration would not have been disturbed as much as we were!

Breakfast was good. Room was nice. As to be expected from a Hilton, which is what drives brand loyalty.
at check-in, the property claimed that they could not find out booking.com reservation. My wife had a hardcopy printout of the reservation with the reservation code. They charged her the walk-in rate instead of the rate I reserved with booking.com.

The staff was great!
Our room was dirty and the sink was cracked. The rooms need to be updated. When we started staying at Hilton Garden Inn in Austin when our daughter was in college, they were so nice. The beds were so comfortable.

I could not find the switch to a floor lamp to turn it off, so I just unplugged it.

the staff was absolutely amazing.
the beds are like sleeping on plywood. there is zero give in the mattress. our backs hurt so bad the next day.
