Not clean enough. Key didn’t work right , Door by swimming area didn’t work with key, several costumer had same problem like me

2nd time coming here saud i wouldn't return but decided to gove it one more try and ended up in a room that hadn't been clean at all pee was still in the toilet from the last person as well. She did move us but still!! She also double charged for the room after i told her the key pad said the transaction was approved. I will indefinitely not return to this location by far the worst I've ever visited

Music in hallways was really loud. Breakfast was NOT what we typically have had a Comfort Suites. It honestly seemed like the owner was attempting to be cheap with options. Barely any yogurt, only a few slices of bread. No Bagels No English muffins No Cream Cheese Only apples and bananas for fruit. No waffles that we could see Very limited options for those with allergies Honestly, I was disappointed as my son had an early baseball game, and the options were very limited for a Comfort Suites. Usually, there is bacon, a variety of fruit, a variety of breads and spreads, it was just felt like the owner was cutting corners on something that should be standard for Comfort Suites.

The bed was ok comfortable The waffles at breakfast were good. The location to a variety of restaurants within walking distance.

The rude staff and lack.of hospitality. The cleanliness and the WAY they cleaned. The smell and the loud music 24/7 in the hallways and lobby. No coffee DURING breakfast hours, and lack of English speaking staff when asking for more...Anything. Barely.working toilet and mold in tank...wet carpet in room and just overall musty room.
