The breakfast was delicious! The hotel I centered around everything I needed. Restaurants, the typhoon Texas water park, the Katy mills mall, and urban air! The family and I enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. My doggy even enjoyed herself!

Only thing I didn’t like was that I had to pay for early check in. Oh and the sofa needs a deep cleaning. That’s it! Everything else was amazing and we will definitely be back when in the Katy area again.

We booked this hotel because of the indoor heated pool option. And the whole time it was not working and so the family could not swim. also, the trash cans in the room are unreasonable small. Especially the ones in the kitchen! And the trash bags don’t fit in the trash cans well.

I requested for my room to be cleaned and no one came.

Clean, perfect location, good parking, well maintained and very nice facility. Staff was friendly.

While the staff was friendly, they did no more than smile a lot. They cooler was empty to PURCAHSE water all three days we were there. I asked each morning and evening, got a real nice response, We are out. Asked for room service each day we were there, NOTHING. I did get fresh towels each day, asked the desk attendant and he was quick to get them. Is there a manager that’s paying attention? Hilton built a nice building and set it all up, local management is dropping the ball.
