I always stay there and love it

I had a expired ID and the man on Friday at around 7 pm was telling me I couldn’t stay ! I had made reservations and I told him look this is where we stay all the time my kids like it and so do me and my husband that’s the only thing I don’t like

Hotel was hot and muggy. Everything felt damp most of the time. Pool area was open as posted every day until the last night when it was locked off 2 hours before the posted time. The last night there was nowhere to park and I had to park at another hotel.

overall great stay for my family, staff was friendly and professional. breakfast was also great!

room is small no couch just a chair. nothing stands out. beds uncomfortable n u get 1 pillow per person. just won’t book again.

I appreciate the later-than-usual checkout time of 12 pm and breakfast availability of 10:30 am.

No real fix for it, but I wish there was more parking at this site so that overflow to adjacent sites wasn't required. I will say, though, that while it's always tight, I've never actually had to do that yet.

There was a smell that wasn’t pleasant throughout the hotel. My room. Smh. it felt dirty, it felt like the sheets weren’t changed, damp smell, smelt smoky. my towels were dirty, my bathroom mat was DIRTY. I slept with my clothes on and on top of the covers. I didn’t not like my stay. I would love to be reimbursed.
