their staff treat us like family, and of course, the wine! it’s more than just a hotel but like second home whenever I travel to Khao Yai Thailand

Staff is freindly and helpful. Nice view and good location.

Everything is good except bedsheet stink (smell terrible). Cannot stop sniffling.

It was quiet and remote.

The worse part was the quality of food served compared to what the hotel tried to position itself. We had dinner on the first day at the hotel and it was quite disappointing. The cold cut+cheese platter was below average with ritz crackers used, several pieces of pepperoni (nothing else as coldcut), the cheeses were old (blue cheese had fluffy mold on it) and the wine smelled moldy and super earthy (not in the nice way). we told the staff about the cheese and didn’t complain about the low quality items on the plate. He managed to replace (not offer refund or new plate) the mold blue cheese with cheddar cheese. Food was absolutely slow…like very. Even the salad was unbelievably slow, we didn’t know why but they said there was only 1 cook. The children were super hungry. it was over an hour before we got all the orders and they were rather simple dishes like Thai Omelette, Stir-fries, salad and a spaghetti dish. Taste was so so, like normal cheaper restaurants but price was over the top. That was a long weekend with many guests and they knew they were going to be having this many. They could easily increase the number of staff to accommodate all the guests that weekend. Staff were more conventional and older ones. On phone, we asked some questions about room to try to arrange rooms for the family and many times response were out of topics and/or became a long ramble of slightly relevant topic. It’s not that bad but wanted to mention they could use some changes of personnel. An old waiter was there doing everything in the lobby alone from waitressing to bellboy work. He was super nice sometimes and then with attitude sometimes. At mealtimes he was nice, friendly and a bit talkative and then another time he kind of ignored us a bit, maybe due to not enough staff around.

This place looked fantastic on the website but it was not in the same condition when we arrived. We didn't actually stay here we forfeited the money and went to another place.

The chef was not available and the hotel is not near other places. This was disappointing as we were looking forward to a nice meal and wine at the hotel. So we decided to leave and go to another hotel winery.

Check in was seamless. Staff was friendly

Restaurant food and choices could be better, swimming pool needs upkeep, wine bar and winery was not open, signage to the hotel could be better.

Foods were not variety, expensive and small serve. I stayed in junior suite, the room was not meet expectation.

The location was very good with a gorgeous view.

The hotel is pretty old. The room picture is not same as real thing. I pay for room with balcony but I got balcony with car parking view. swimming pool is full with leaf as well.
