Quality of the interior upgrade was perfect, we are lucky to come on time. The apartment is large and the air conditioning worked well. Balcony is big and the view is beautiful. Outside pool is lovely with a supermarket, subway, pharmacy and a few shops, cafe, etc. We will be happy to come back again.

Amazing apartment, really unique experience. Very big. The forniture are super modern and there is all you need. It like 5-star luxury hotel, and there are many the shops and free beach. Definitely we will back soon. Thanks a lot!

The washrooms! I had a horrible experience at this place. I slipped in one of the washrooms.

The penthouse is sleek and stylish. I love the terrace with a stunning view of the sea and the Palm Jumeirah. I chilled in the shared pool or watched a film in my home cinema. I had a blast at the beach, the promenade and the nightlife. It’s the best place to live in Dubai.

Cozy bedrooms with bathrooms, spacious living room with TV and balcony, ocean and JBR walk view. Kitchen with everything, cafes and restaurants nearby. Free outdoor swimming pool, refreshing and cool. Perfect location, walk to beach, marina, mall. Staff nice and helpful, early check in. Relaxing and luxurious vacation in Dubai. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

The location is amazing!

Beds were not prepared for all the members while I clearly informed them we would arrive at 3:00 AM. Was asked to forward passport copies to facilitate the check in but that wasn’t done at all!! Bedsheets were dirty and only one table knife for 14 people (although I requested knives 3 times) Wardrobe coming down when opening it could have insured a child severely. TV not working. Oven was filthy etc..Such pity because the location is excellent!!

The location was perfect! Host was waiting when we arrive.

The check-in basic details were not shared properly, I have to ask for wifi details and gym card, and it was only shared the next day. Room was not properly maintained on the day of checked in. The floor was not vacuumed and mopped, after 5 mins in the apartment my feet can feel the dust and of course it turns black. According to the host, they will only clean the room every 2 days, but I am 100% certain it was not shared and only by the 3rd day after communicating then they took actions however, it was not thoroughly clean, bedsheets are covered in black moldy spots, bathroom are flooding, tap water came out brown (only on the 1st day seems like no one was staying there for a long while), and they cleared the old towel without replacing with any new ones. Only during the 4th day after me expressing my displeasure then the cleaner came in to do a proper job. I have 2 kids in the family, and they developed skin flare up during the stay due to the dusty environment. It would have been a better stay if they did put in more effort in the beginning. Very upset for a 1k+ per night amount that I am paying!

The location and the size of the property is too good. But The furniture and utensils in the apartment are not appropriate and sufficient. The staff is too rude and totally unprofessional. Very much unsatisfied with the services. For everything you need to give 3/4 reminders every day. They did not even provide access cards for facilities (like swimming pool and gym) for three days out of 5 days and that to after too many phone calls. Cleaning services were promised on every alternate day. Apartment was cleaned only once and other times staff was "busy" Though the apartment location is fantastic, the staff and services are very poor. Not at all suggested for anyone to book this.
