Location is great and within walking distance to the main sites including the Cathedral, Real Alcazar and Plaza d’Espagna. Staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Both in Sevilla and Malaga, the accommodation was great, staff was great and location was central and walking distance to every location.

It was handy to all we needed. They allowed us to store our luggage before we left. Staff were helpful.

Great location walking distance from just about everywhere in old town Seville. Room was well stocked and well appointed with comfy beds. Plenty of food and drink options nearby at any time of day. 10 min walk from Plaza de Armas for coaches and airport buses, ideal.

Tricky top bunk - the ladder hangs from the bed frame so was prone to moving around while climbing down.

Check in time and check out time is the same so our room was not ready until 1.5 hour after checking time. Lucky we were able to leave bags with the staff.

The property had everything that we needed, the staff were helpful and it was close to everything.

Didn't like the bathroom it is a glass pod and everything placed around the toilet I.e towels in my opinion not very hygienic, excellent shower, we had read the rooms were small and they were very compact.

The staff was very helpful and kind.

The first single they assigned me was the equivalent of a monk’s cell facing a wall. But when I requested a change they were able to accommodate me for a small fee.
