1. I stayed there to attend a wedding reception held there, so the location couldn't be better. 2. The room was big and the bed super comfortable. 3. Plenty of parking. 4. Adequate choice of food and beverage outlets. 5. Staff helpful and friendly.

1. NOISE!! Our room was facing the golf course, which gave us a beautiful view, but the restaurant-cum-bar below it was too noisy from morning till midnight--people chatter and music. Although the windows were double-glazed, that didn't help. 2. The bathroom drains were producing foul smell. Reported it twice, but nothing was done to fix it.

The hotel is comfortable and is a good location for what I needed. However, the rooms need to be updated and modernised somewhat and the TV availability/channel selection is very poor.

The rooms are clean and big. The breakfast was superb. The staff were at the reception were friendly

It was very noisy even at 2AM in the morning. When we asked about the noise, we were informed that there was a maintenance that's been going on. At 2AM the maintenance people are listening to their loud music?

Old fashioned and dark decor in bedrooms. Would be wonderful if the bedrooms could be modernized, brightened up and bathrooms changed.

The breakfast if only halal food can be consume would be an advantage. Without pork on the menu. For me it is disgusting and if you are using same respiant . I would prefer a buffet for breakfast.

very noisy the windows didn’t block out the noise our first room was over the restaurant and it was just too noisy we were moved to the quieter side of the hotel but again noisy this time from the highways . double glazing needs improving

Breakfast was amazing, menu order not buffet, multiple options, great quality of food

The room didn’t have a balcony.
