cats seeing through glass window hadn't worked for our time staying, a bit upset.

The room is big, towels are provided, there's a mirror and hairdryer There's a water cooler in the communal area The washing machine is free and dries too

Main light in the room randomly came on around 5-6am every morning Kitchen is mostly useless, only one pan works on the induction heater, there's no oil Staff are pretty much nonexistent, you have to message on booking.com for help Location not too amazing, takes 20-30 minutes to walk to anywhere of note Honestly paper thin walls, sometimes sounds like people are actually in the room with you. Bed is pretty hard too The cat part of the hostel basically doesn't exist

It was clean and everything was available (shampoo, umbrellas etc). Self check in was easy.

Never saw a single soul in the hostel.

This is my second staying in this hostel, it is very clean and cosy. The location is good which is a 10 minutes walk from the subway.

I wish I can visit the cats

The place was extremely comfortable. Perfect lighting, airy room. Comfortable bedding, and you have everything you could possibly need. They included the use of the washer and dryer for free

It is not centrally located so to get to the main area you would have to take either 2 subways or a bus. Somehow I missed the part in their description where they say you cannot interact with the cats. So I got this booking under the false impression my daughter will be able to play with the cats, but that's not the case. Also, there is no front desk, so you never see anyone from the hotel, everything is done by messages. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel and I dislike Airbnbs. While I appreciate the fact they let use use the washer and dryer. The instructions were in Japanese, so we invested some 15 min trying to figure out how to use it.

Very clean and cute hostel. We even got tea and coffee. And it was very well equiped.

The hostel, as a whole, was very clean and smelled nice. I really appreciated the provided face wash and washing machines. The pillows were also very comfortable!

it was fairly clean (some dust here and there) and felt empty. I appreciated the included laundry. Close to subway stations but NOT super close to main JR station Hakata, and ~15 from closest JR station Yoshizuka.

Super cramped… this was not a social hostel and if it was, I think it would have been quite uncomfortable. The common space could probably only accommodate 2 people maximum, and the kitchen/laundry/sinks area could also only have 1-2. Everything was more or less contactless… giving instructions and codes for how to enter (the locks on each door begins way too loud, can you consider muting the sound?) but one girl forgot her phone in the room (locks automatically) so she was standing outside of her door all night? As bad as it sounds it’s super awkward for everyone around since there wasn’t anything you could do to help and no staff is on duty at that time (granted, this is clearly stated).

The rooms were nice and everything was very clean. The amount of people sharing the showers/toilets is also pretty acceptable as the space isn't very big.

We had trouble closing the door of our room, as we somehow needed to manually push it into the lock a bit, otherwise an alarm kept beeping. That was irritating at first, but once figured out, it was fine.

The Logo is so cute. I loooove the cat logo sooooo much. The living space is small but clean and comfortable. Have free slippers and towel. Offer facial cleanser. Offer coffee and tea. The price is reasonable. It is close to the supermarket which offered quite cheap-priced merchandise. Self check-in is convenient.

Because of the covid, I had no chance to get close to the cats inside T T

the possibility to wash clothes, that you could get a glimpse of the cats and the pricing is good

It was very inconvenient not having keys for the rooms. the locks are code-based, which means you either have to leave the room unlocked when using the restroom, or having to put in the code - with risk of getting locked out, with no one to help you.

It was so adorable to see the cat room right when we entered the hostel. Self check-in was very easy to follow. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Showers were nice and it was in a quiet area. Door locks were secure and it had everything you would need.

Rooms were very small and beds were stiff. I didn't have an issue, but some in our party had trouble sleeping due to the firmness of beds. Smallness of the room wasn't a big deal however since we weren't there for very long.

Located just near the fort in city(perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides with great hospitality.

Not easy to access the hostel in cold conditions.

Everything. Honestly, we took this room because of the price but wow what a gem. 100% the most clean hostel I have ever been, room looked much bigger than expected and the house felt warm and welcoming.

Walls are kind of thin but not too bad.
