Personalas buvo labai malonus ir paslaugus.
Kambariai tvarkingi.
Pusryčiai buvo labai įvairūs ir labai skanūs, kaip namuose. Labai patiko, kad buvo įvairių šviežių salotų, vaisių, taip pat karšto maisto pasirinkimas. Paprastai kiaušinių nevalgau, tačiau čia keptas kiaušinis buvo labai skanus. O šviežiai kepta naminė duona buvo nuostabi.
Kambaryje veikė kondicionierius.
Lovos buvo kietesnės, tačiau tai atitiko mano poreikius.
Puiki lokacija. Su tramvajumi iki centro nuvykti buvo labai patogu. Užtrukome apie 15-20 min. Visą išsamią informaciją, kaip nuvykti, pateikė administracijoje.
Dušo kabinos durys užsidarinėjo blogai.

Bardzo miła obsługa! Pokój przyjemny. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Można na miejscu kupić bilet na komunikację miejską.
Brak było korka do wanny.

I can not understand 4 stars hotel not having air condition. Wall in my room (Fmily Room) also requires renovation.

room card wasn’t working and staff didn’t care to fix the issue only told us to ask them to open door for us every single time

The staff were really great. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or promptly addressing any inquiries or requests, their assistance was invaluable.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, providing a restful night's sleep.

Everything is great. Good and quite location. A lot of free and secured parking spaces. Great prices.Big room, very good tempreture in the rooms in the winter, very confortable bed.

The staff was really polite, thank you!
It needs renovation.
The electric socket was too far from the bed, so it was not possible to charge your phone and relax.
The tv program selection was poor.
Some of the walls were pretty dirty with hands marks left.
For a 4 star hotel I do expect to have seperate shampoo, conditioner and not one unique chemical for hair, body, carpet, car, dog etc. 😉 The breakfast was equal for all of the stay with some cosmetic changes.
More fruits and scrumble eggs would be a great asset.

Room was nice and big, breakfast was good. There's a lot of parking space, whuch was convinient for us, as we wre travelling by car. Tram station is 5 minute walk away and it arrives every 5 minutes from 5 a.m. till 1 a.m.

Cleanliness, Free Parking (although it was located in open area), Location (somehow it is a good location and somehow it is not) if you like a quiet place, it is a good property for you.
Breakfast is very simple and you don't have many options and in three days of our stay, we didn't have any new options. location is not a right place if you are traveling without your own car because it is about 10 minutes walk from the tram station. The kitchen is closed at 8 and you only can order drinks and because our stay was during World Cup, we couldn't stay at hotel for dinner and watch football!

It was choky in the apartment (under the roof, 3rd floor). Shelves and soap keepers in the bathroom are about to fell down.

But I think that it was only in our room.
Ah, and if you can check the remote, it s not always working.

We have been lived in this hotel for three times, free for parking, the price are perfect!
There is no ventilation and air-conditioner system in the room
