We arrived early in the morning. Staff accommodated us and allowed us to have early checked in. Excellent. We don't need to carry our bags with us. Clean toilet.

It's best if customers are allowed to adjust the AC instead of keep ringing the reception.

Location was perfect for exploring city and surrounding areas. We could walk to Captial Theatre, City, Opera House, Darling Harbour, ICC, China Town. Public Transport was also really accessible from this area.

The carpark was across the road and on the expensive side.

Access cards did not work for most residents, we all needed to keep getting them recoded daily. On arrival to room, a warning sign that I may be liable for fire brigade if sensitive hotel alarms were triggered….. was stated on sign, advised by sign to not use deodorant, or any other aerosol (perfume….) in room Was constantly on edge about triggering the alarm by having shower in the bathroom which had no active ventilation though was also stated on sign as a trigger for the alarm…..

The room and the bed very comfortable. Close to the public transports Good breakfast, full English breakfast and other nice goodies Lovely area very lively! Staffs excellent, very polite and helpful

Honestly there was nothing I didn’t like

Location was convenient. It was clean and bathroom modern

The triple room had no room to move or put luggage. The noise from the pub - music till late then bottles rattling like they were sorting them at 4am - wasn’t good for restful nights sleep.

The location is very good because it is close to metro stations and supermarket. it is very convenient.

There is no way to improve this, but it was noisy at night time because there are some night clubs right next to the hotel.

The pub next door was loud. Note this is not the hotel’s fault just a consequence of its location.

The location was perfect we were able to walk to majority of the places we wanted to visit. And what we couldn't walk to was easily accessible via trams which were close to the hotel. The staff were all super friendly and willing to help with any issues we had. The air conditioning in the room was perfect for the summer heat that we had during our stay. It was nice to be able to sleep with it running and it not be too cold. The view from our room was also amazing.

Room is not good isolated all outdoor noise you can hear it and sound of other guests talking in the corridors. Bed is too small for single bed.

I like the location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

No shower caps provided, only provided 2 towels in the bathroom for a twin room.

We self catered breakfast. The location is excellent with Coles at World Squate, plenty of choice for eating out. We walked or took the train everywhere so close to the Museum station.

Very crowded and noisy in the foyer at times, but hard to control.

Location is good for work and the room was clean and tidy.

The change to the room service menu is disappointing otherwise the stay is still comfortable as always.

The room was fine, the beds were comfortable, and it was pretty clean, could do with a better coffee/tea station and maybe a toaster and some bowls but otherwise it was fine. The location was really good for us, we walked a lot, but the 333-bus seemed to be able to get us wherever we wanted to go also. All the staff were lovely.

The shower could have done with a slightly better clean and the carpets might need a good scrub but honestly it was great value for the cost.
