Adequately equipped rooms, quiet even though located in a very busy area. Access to transport excellent. Car parking reasonably priced per day.

Somewhere to eat on site or even get a coffee would have been great.

A perfect location for attending a conference in Darling Harbour - easy 20 minute walk to the venue, or cheap taxi fare. Facilities good, and bed confortable.

The location was okayish

Staff was extremely rude. Morning manager did not care at all. Parking was inaccessible during late hours even after paying for it separately. Night duty manager did not answer any calls leaving us stranded with our car outside for an hour. Ultimately, had to park on the road which was quite unsafe. In the morning when we tried to address this issue with the morning manager, he just shrugged us off by saying "OKAY" with no respect or apologies for the inconvenience. Its like nobody cared at all about hospitality itself here.

Clean and convenient.

Booked an upgrade to a room with a balcony that I didn't get and was unavailable for the first night. Hotel did not provide a refund for the upgrade, had to chase it through Booking.com who were very helpful.

The hotel has it's own car park and is close to public transport. The room was larger than expected and was very comfortable. there were a number of breakfast options nearby.

Beautiful lobby facilities with friendly staff. The room was clean enough, and the bed and linen were comfortable.

The ventilation of the bathroom was so weak, and the drain was almost blocked in the shower booth.

Trotz des Preises kein Room-Service. Außer Handtüchern und Shampoo gab es keinerlei Extras. Lüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht, andererseits gab es im ganzen Zimmer kein Fenster zum Lüften - dementsprechend war das das Raumklima.

Top Lage

Es war kein Fön im Zimmer vorhanden und es dauerte über eine Stunde diesen zu organisieren. Das Bad hätte besser geputzt sein können - Haare in der Dusche. Des Weiteren ist aktuell scheinbar eine Baustelle im Hotel - ab 7 Uhr wurde gebohrt.

Modern style, clean hotel with great location for all forms of transport, and plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants for all tastes. Efficient, polite staff, spacious, quietly air conditioned room, with free, functioning WIFI, comfortable bed and large, rainhead shower.

I have stayed here before and appreciated the simple but free cup of refreshing pod coffee in the foyer. Sadly, on this occasion the water was low and the milk non-existent.

Nothing, everything was just perfect

We liked that it was near the train station and it was close walking distance to market city.

We did not like the room, as there was many problems with it. 1. The kettle was brown inside and it seemed someone tried to scratch some of it out to clean. Disgusting and not clean to boil water at all. We had to buy water from outside which was annoying for since we had our own bottles to use. 2. The blankets and pillows in the closet seemed like they have not been aired out for a very long time so it had a very weird musky smell to it. 3. The walls had dead bugs, luckily there wasn't a lot of them. 4. The bed was nice until you open up the sheets to find previous hair, pubic hair and some sort of bed dust on it. I regret not getting a bed cover when we slept on it. 5. The floor in each corner was bloody dusty and full of it. Same goes for the walls. Wasn't comfortable walking around barefoot in there. 6. The TV remote kept on having battery problems and we had to go down 2 times to get it sorted. 7. The sink in the bathroom seemed like it was wrecked by another person. 8. Some problems with lights and the power outlet. Overall the price for they stay was good and it was near transport areas which was very handy. I would say I wouldn't stay here again due to uncleanliness of the hotel room.

Stayed for a few nights for work, the room was a good size with a nice desk area. I would stay again if I could get a room without an adjoining door to another room.

The room had an adjoining door to the next room. You could hear everything from the next-door room with sound travelling underneath the door. Unfortunately, the couple were quite loud with their arguments and you could hear just usual convos as well.

LOCATION WAS GREAT RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF CENTRAL CLOSE TO FOOD AND TRANSPORT.

THE BATHROOM COULD HAVE BEEN ABIT CLEANER THERE WAS TOOTHPASTE STILL IN THE SINK AND WHAT LOOKED LIKE SNOT. THE BED WAS SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE MADE ME AND MY PARTNER ITCHY

The rooms are clean & spacious with a small fridge, kettle and safe. Thankfully they have an extra layer of windows installed in front of the originals to dampen the traffic noise, as it’s a very busy area. The staff are absolutely lovely & helpful.

Some of the bathroom fixtures are worn but still functional and reasonably clean.
