Perfect location! Close to the beach, right in the center of Nice. Small but clean and cozy room, there is everything you need (towels, soap, hairdryer, safe)

WiFi worked only in the part of room that was closer to the door and signal was not really good in the late evening.

There was no hot water at the shower.

Pictures on booking are better than reality. The hotel was not very clean. When I arrived I was told that the room was ready and that I could move in. On entering the room the hoover was still there and the cleaner was sitting outside on the balcony smoking. The bed was terrible and not comfortable at all. There is no sound insulation so you can hear people in the other rooms.

The proximity to local shops, cafes, restaurants, the train station and promenade leading onto the beach.

My bathroom had a damaged door, with a dent in it.

Has all the basics. Great location.

There was a weird sulfury-eggy smell that came into my room every once in a while at night.... Seems to be a sewage problem.. pretty disgusting. Otherwise things were clean and in order. The hallways and common spaces could use some cleaning/decluttering. The place feels a little like an old student dorm.

It was a pleasure staying there,the location perfect .The room was clean everyday
