コンセントが十分にありました

2人部屋の一人ユースのためお値段安くはなかったので、せめて夜景が見える側の部屋だったら不満はなかったのにと思う。また、コメントでロケーションを希望していたのだから、叶わないならチェックイン時にその旨の説明があると良かった。

situated a little distance from the train station so rain can be a challenge .pother wise good quiet and very near to shopping and eating areas.

the room was a bit small and the TV dont have any english channels

Excellent location, shops, restaurants, around. Many choices/types of restaurants in walking distances. Shopping malls are around, closed up to the JR Main stations, very very convenient.

Not like the free drink on the checked-in day, not sure why it is only filled in 1/3 of the glass. Will it be a standard compliment for all type of guests, just wondered.

①横浜駅から徒歩で行ける点。 ②コンビニが側にあり便利な点。 ③ロビーの香りが良く癒された点。

①トイレやバスタブの品質劣化を感じた点。 (清掃は行き届いているがトイレのヨゴレやバスタブの床の使用感について) ②タオルの臭いが臭かった点。

A second visit - we lived if so much that we stayed longer - thanks to all of the staff, we interacted with a very helpful lady named Miyu and she was always very professional. The restaurant that’s associated with the hotel, and the bar, are excellent. Superb fusion food and a wood- fired oven - we loved the two meals we had here.
