The place was very clean, and felt luxurious with comfy beds and well maintained by the staff throughout. The staff were very kind and accommodating too.

The rooms are a little cramped. There is very little room to move around in the twin room. You can also hear everything through the toilet door, so it removes a layer of privacy and the toilet becomes awkward to use when traveling with friends.

Super convenient place to stay near central Tokyo. Clean, comfortable rooms, for a very good price. Don't expect this to be the main attraction of your holiday (my room had a view of the next building's wall), but that's not why one should be staying in Tokyo anyways.

I loved the accessibility of food and transportation around the area. The staff was very helpful and easy to work with. I was amazed at how incredible my stay was at this hotel. This will be my "go to" place when ever i stay in tokyo!

My only thing was that the power to the room was shut off eveytime i take my key card out the slot in the room. I had my daughter's medicine that needed to be refrigerated so i had to keep one of the two keys we had in the slot at all times so the refrigerator will stay running.

This is the second time I stayed here. The first time we were on the higher floors, but this time our room was on the first floor. It was not as quiet as before. We could hear the noise in the corridor.
