Gorgeous hostel, great facilities and well kept. Staff were lovely and the area is stunning. What a find. 10 out of 10 will return.

We liked the hosts, the facilities, the location and the lovely cafe 1 minute walk away, beautiful breakfasts and warm friendly staff. Would recommend the rocks to anyone.

I can't say we didn't like anything, everything was spot on.

The location is great, the common spaces are great, books, games, comfy seats, the kitchen is great, practical and comfortable room with bunk beds, overlooking a field with frolicking lambs, clen commun bathrooms, dog friendly....

The facilities were some of the best I've seen at a hostel. The kitchen is enormous, and is great for proper cooking if you'd like to. All utensils are provided, with plenty of space for storing food. Showers and toilets were also very clean and spacious.

Fantastic Hostel, far exceeded any expectations, spotlessly clean, fantastic facilities, brilliant location. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit this area.

Really friendly welcome staff and excellent little touches like hot water bottles to hire, or a flask for a day uo the hills with proceeds going to Mountain Rescue.

The host was very friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean, warm and top notch, excellent kitchen, comfortable dining area. Shower and toilet to guest ratio seemed good (I didn't have to queue). Was able to park the car on site both nights. Decent pub nearby. If you like dogs this may be the place for you, it seemed like every guest but us had their dog/dogs with them.

The room was very clean and tidy, but the bedding was hot and uncomfortable. This may simply be a matter of preference on my part. If you don't like dogs this may not be the place for you, it seemed like every guest but us had their dog/dogs with them.

Location was fantastic with good walks, pubs and a cafe nearby. The place itself was warm, welcoming and had everything you needed with easy access. Nick on reception was really helpful with advice and recommendations.

Only the mattresses as they were a bit soft.

Very small double room, limited storage. condensation on wall made our jackets wet.

Great location, rooms were clean, bright, spacious and we all loved the bunks with the curtains!

could have more if a “comfy” communal area, soft sofas would have been very welcoming after a long day in the mountains.
