Nice room with character in a great central location 5 mins walk from city centre. Very helpful hosts who gave excellent advice on local area. Highly recommended.

Mark and Lindsey have thought of absolutely everything that you could possibly need in a stay away from home. The attention to detail was outstanding. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of choice and beautifully cooked. Would highly recommend.

When I arrived I was greeted by the owners at the door, They were very friendly and helpful I had a choice of two rooms very clean and nice, the breakfast I had the next morning was cooked to perfection I completely enjoyed my stay and the price was very good for 1 night.

Great location, perfect for the festivals. Very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, really friendly and helpful hosts who have thought of everything. I definitely recommend to anyone visiting Cheltenham.

So comfortable. Nothing too much trouble. Room very well supplied and lovely laundered linens. A great breakfast menu and carefully cooked food.

The breakfast was cooked perfectly. Far better than hotel, as everything was piping hot and freshly cooked.
I'm not used to main road traffic noise, or loud voices from street late at night.

They thought of EVERYTHING! I don't where to begin. I will just say that if we are back in Cheltenha m, as long as Crossways has availability, we will not consider any other lodging.

Fantastic hosts from the minute I arrived. Really helpful when struggling to find a parking spot and then both host were wonderfully polite. Highly recommended.

Very hospitable, friendly and helpful hosts in a lovely building. Communications were good and help was volunteered with the parking. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was very good with wide choice and offers of top ups.

Every detail was considered, it was down to -8°c outside so the owners supplied us with an extra electric heater and hot water bottle just in case although neither were required. The breakfast (I had vegetarian) was fantastic. Very welcoming and communicative hosts
