Very good

The hotel is located in the relative quiet place with less traffic. You can swim on the roof if you have time to.

Soundproof between rooms are poor. You can hear others talking from corridor or the room next to you. You have to check cleanness of cup or glass in the room before use it. I have my cup unclean for days (they just put it back).

Good

Clean and comfortable room, although quite noisy. Some noise due to obnoxious visitors in hallways, but during the day time there is loud construction noise that was very disturbing. There was also no prior warning to daytime construction. Facilities were nice and staff were lovely. Breakfast was nice although a little underwhelming.

Excellent customer service from buffet restaurant staff, they prepared some additional menu on request ( in addition to buffet menu) with no additional cost 👍gym instructor was excellent 👍 swimming pool small but clean and with excellent water quality👍

Grumpy receptionist girl ! off mood all the time ! Never smile with guests. Not matching with hotel welcoming and happy environment provided by all other staff 😕

-Hot water comes after 8 minutes -Main road honkings and next room sounds in the room -Concierge think that the customers are walking ATM !!! -Whatever you ask them, they are do if you pay much more than market price. -You can't even have peaceful breakfast without one of the staff bothers you. -Be careful while checking out, they are refunding your booking reserve amount by collecting 1Tak from your card. Which means you may pay CC fee just for 1 Tak

Superb

It is new, clean and convenient location for business travelers. Kitchen very basic and good for European travelers.

It is their culture but paying too much attention to customer is uncomfortable. You can't have peacefull breakfast without questions of the waitresses.
