- clean - acceptable breakfast - good price - the behavior of Mr.Peter and his wife (receptions guys)

- far far far from city center (10 min walking to reach bus station + 40 min to reach Charles bridge with bus!) - breakfast is not so varied , every day is same - if you take a room in gas station side , it would be so noisy - one of reception that I don't know the name (an 45 years old man with long black hair) is su wird and doesn't answer question properly and generally makes bad feels on you - bad pillows ( not comfortable )

It is difficult to get to public transport due to the construction around the hotel. Poore breakfest. Personell is a litle bit lasy. No shampoo and shower gel, no soap in the shower. There was very little soap in the soap dish near the wash basin, and the staff did not add it even after a remark.

Very friendly staff, and a nice room which exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Of course, the location is a little tricky to get to by public transport. Also, the bathroom wasn't super clean when we got in.

Reception staff not very friendly.

Great service delivered by Mr. Petr who works in the reception. He's a very helpful, kind and open-minded person. Great quality of room service. Nice and big apartamet with the privet bathroom. Bus stop and petrol station nearby the hotel.

There is a fridge in every room but it doesn't work (although you're free to use the one in the reception). No vegetables or fruits for the breakfast.

The room was good and clean.

The checkin time is very late (3pm) and check out is also very early(10 am) . Its like not even 24hrs.

My room was very well looking (regardless not perfect cleaning). Inner yard was cosy and refreshing.

Not working air conditioning in my room (only faning, not cooling) No bacon, sausages, fresh vegetables and fryed eggs in the breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel with a good price not far from the centre. The owners are very kind and helpful.
