Super breakfast. Because I need to rush to HsinChu early in the morning, sometimes I need to skip the breakfast. The hotel allows me to invite friends to breakfast for unused coupon, which is super for me!

check in time 4pm, which is one hour later than a typical hotel! Check out time 11am, which is another hour lost compared to other hotels.

Due to jetlag, I was awake until almost 5am. However, my room was next to their staff space or storage room which turned noisy since 7am.. I heard their staff chatting, their walkie talkie conversation, moving /dropping stuff etc. it was really annoying. I don't think the room is appropriate for any hotel guest because of the poor sound proof. I even heard the rustling noisy of plastic bags when cleaning staff was working. I got another room in the next day and found hair on the towel. the staff was nice and changed all towels immediately, but I would not expect this in a 4-star hotel. a very outdated hotel. facilities, e.g. breakfast space is very old.

the price value is worthy.

Due to the restaurant on the top floor and is opened for public, no control on elevator , feel not really safe in hotel.

The staff at the desk were friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room was trendy, but cosy. I liked the layout and use of space.

The numbering of the rooms was strange, with odd on one side and even on the other. I got a bit lost at first.

The room was exceptionally clean! And the view was great! Our kid enjoyed watching the metro from the window. The windows were very safe for children too. Bed was super comfy and big
