We stayed in Prague for a week and it was great from step one at the airport to drop off. Location is perfect. Close to everything and in a location that is quiet in the evenings. The building is secure and clean. Feels safe in the area. The apartment has a spacious layout and there is very little ambient noise from the other tenants. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and all you may need for a meal. The bedroom is comfortable and the bathroom is ensuite and large. Maia and David's communication and attention were 100% appreciated and helped make this stay seamless. We weren't ready to leave. It's like home away from home. Thank you for the work you put into making this stay so memorable. 100% recommend and hope to venture back to Prague and work with this team again!

We spent 4 nights at the apartment, and we were very pleased with it. It is very well equipped, and has a very high specification finish. An open plan layout, with separate zones, for kitchen, dining and lounging and a study area. It is very close to Old Town Square, but the street is pretty quiet, so you get easy access to the bars and restaurants but you don’t hear the late night revellers that I’ve encountered in similar locations on previous visits to Prague. The property manager, David, also picked us up, and returned us to the airport, so excellent service there too. I’d highly recommend, and would definitely stay there again if we get the opportunity.

Perfect!!! In every way! Don't look anywhere else. Book this! I am amazed that it was available in December. Perfect location to enjoy all of the Christmas markets in three different squares all within easy walking distance from the apartment. Bakeries and restaurants galore within steps from your "home". So much to do and see and all of it so convenient. And yet the apartment itself is amazingly quiet. Very workable space and great having the additional half-bath. Internet super fast and easy to connect with. Television (like every television in the entire world) requires at least three hand held controls to operate. Very helpful instruction book made it a breeze to use. All of the comforts of home. Having David pick us up at the airport and take us directly to the apartment made everything so easy. What a delightful person to have as our first contact in Prague. Very helpful advice from him on the drive in from the airport. He also took us back at the end of our stay. So convenient. And finally the owner, Maia, was the most helpful owner of a VRBO property that I have ever worked with. She was prompt and answered all questions and provided so much helpful information to make our stay perfect. Thank you Maia! Absolutely would stay there again without any doubt. Great flat, very large, walk to all sites. Light and bright. Restaurants out of the front door. I would definitely stay there again.

What’s not to like about this apartment?! Great location, great building, great decor, great hosts. Even though this property is just a short walk to the center of Old Town, it feels like you’re miles away from the crowds. The area is filled with awesome restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, shops, ATMs, and public transportation. If you want to plan day trips to the Czech countryside (highly recommended), it’s an easy 15-20 minute walk to the main train station where you can catch trains to virtually anywhere. Although I would not recommend dragging luggage to or from the train station. For that it’s worth having David or Edita pick you up or drop you off. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about our stay in Prague beginning with Maia's beautiful apartment. It is very large, quiet and perfectly located about a 5 minute walk from Old Town. Maia takes the time to offer suggestions and we took her advice on several things. We were not disappointed! We would definitely stay here again if we make our way back to this beautiful city.

This was our first stop on a 3wk Europe trip, what a great start! The pictures online are accurate and communication with Maia was excellent. I can’t think of a single negative to mention. The recommendations from Maia on sights to see and places to eat were great. We arranged with David for pickup and drop off which was super. The neighborhood was in an excellent location, off the busy streets but still close to everything and everywhere was very safe. Also very quiet sleeping. It was quite warm when we were there, so it was great to have AC in the bedroom (there is AC in the living room but we didn’t use it). We loved Prague and felt lucky we had the chance to stay at this apartment.

I agree with all of the 5 star reviews of this property! This is a very special property in the best location in Prague. The apartment was immaculate. Pick-up by David was flawless and the owner is very responsive and helpful. We loved the neighborhood and everything about the property. We will return!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very near all the major Prague sights and we were able to walk everywhere. Malia was a good host, with prompt responses to all our questions. There was a heat wave during our stay and we were very happy we had air conditioning, as many other apartments we considered did not have it. The apartment was very spacious and just as shown in the pictures. We will definitely try to book it again when we come to Prague.

Everything about this beautiful condo made our stay fabulous -It’s thoughtful appointment, central location in Old Town, quiet bedroom, great mattress, wonderful host, and I could go on. Prague itself is a magical city but there were moments when leaving this stunning home was difficult. Thank you for sharing it with us.

This charming apartment is located within walking distance to most of the major tourist attractions in Old Town. There are plenty of shopping, sightseeing attractions and restaurants nearby. The apartment is absolutely stunning; the bathroom is spacious; there are lots of closet space; there is a full kitchen and washer/dryer (which is very convenient). The property owner was very helpful, stayed in touch during my stay to make sure I was comfortable. If I'm ever in Prague again, I would definitely stay here.

Beautiful and classy property located very close to the action and at the same time far from the crowds! You can tell that the owner has put a lot of love and attention to make this place like a real classy and spacious home, contrarily to so many properties which are on the market for a quick buck! We spent a week at the apartment and were so sad to leave. The apartment itself is gorgeous. Wonderful details. And amazing well-equipped, kitchen, bathroom, all the towels you need. And by the way, I've never seen a nicer bathroom in Europe! Soak tub with jets, full shower, bidet, dual vanities, and heated towel racks! And the location is perfect! The apartment manager picked us up at the airport and dropped us off, those were the only two times we were in a car. This apartment is walking distance to everything you want to do or see in Prague, but it is not right in the middle of the tourist zone, so it has a quiet, neighborhood feel. Bring comfortable shoes. Prague's cobblestones are not gentle on tender feet. And if you don't want to wander around, within 2 blocks of the apartment were some stops. Perfect for Day 1 jet lag or taking a day off from site seeing. Degustation (MIchelin reviewed chef's menu - amazing); Orange Bar, cute little neighborhood place that will make you feel like a local; Food Lab - all day cafe and full restaurant with a piano bar downstairs that shouldn't be missed,; and Le Fleur - high-end cocktail bar with amazing drinks. Plus, there is a well-stocked neighborhood grocery store in the next building over. When we go back to Prague, we will change our travel dates or not go if this apartment isn't available. And for the price, it less than the top hotels, but you get so much more space, more privacy, full kitchen, and washer/dryer!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location is the best - we walked everywhere, tons of restaurants, bakeries, wine, flowers... The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need and then some. It is very stylish, comfortable, and quiet. We highly recommend staying here. Maia is wonderful to work with and everything was perfect.

I can’t say enough good things about this apartment. It’s even better in person than in the photos. The kitchen is equipped with anything you would need to cook a full meal, the bathroom is luxurious and the living room is quite comfortable. The location is central to all you could want to do or see in Prague. There are many great restaurants and cafes near the apartment as well. The check in and out process with David was seamless.

We have stayed in many apartments over the past several years and this apartment was definitely among the top ones. First of all, the location is fabulous and is within walking, bus, or tram distance to anywhere in Prague you might want to go. The apartment itself is immaculate, comfortable, and fully equipped. There is plenty of storage space for clothes, luggage and just about anything else including groceries. There is a local manager who is great and the owner got in touch with us while we were there to make sure everything was going well. We highly recommend this apartment.

We loved Lokal so much we ate there twice. And when I visited the Moser store, it was not only beautiful, they were very gracious. I even went to your bank! Great tips all. Beautiful and functional. I cannot imagine that there is a better place to stay in Prague. As mentioned in the other reviews The apartment is well appointed and very well kept. The owner is a dream to work with regarding rental questions. We enjoyed the sights of Prague it is a beautiful city.

Really enjoyed the apartment during our vacation/business trip to Prague. Once we stopped getting lost, we realized we were only 3 blocks off Old Town Square. Walking to restaurants, concerts and things to see was easy. The apartment is modern, spacious and well appointed and equipped. Enjoyed relaxing in the spa tube. Internet service was good. The property manager, David, was very helpful and provided service on our return to the airport. We'd recommend staying here.

The apartment was wonderful. It was as beautiful and as clean as it appears in the photos. And not only that it was incredibly functional, with plenty of service ware for dining in. All of the essential toiletries were provided which was a very nice touch...like a hotel. The openness of the floor design and the very large bathroom gave us lots of room and privacy when needed. The location was fabulous as it is within walking distance of many attractions. Every morning began with a latte from the Bakeshop and some evenings ended with dinner and/or a glass of wine at Chez Henri, right across the street. David, who speaks english, was kind to shuttle us to and from the airport and was always available should we have questions. The communication with Maia, the owner, was excellent. She was quite helpful with recommendations for our trip and pleasant to work with...Thank you Maia. I do hope to make it back and would love to stay there again. We had the pleasure fo spending 4 nights at Maia's apartment in Prague during June. A beautifully appointed property in an ideal location, being close walking distance from the Old Town square but being on a quiet street. Maia was very easy to deal with in terms of making the arrangements to rent and she provided a recommended driver to collect/drop from/to the airport. The apartment is spacious and modern and contained everything we required for our stay. I would highly recommend this property. Kevin

We had a great stay in this apartment. The location couldn't be better--great bakery and grocery store nearby, very quiet small square, yet a short walk to all of Prague's sights. There are also many small restaurants near by, and we very much enjoyed Chez Marcel:). The owner responded very promptly to all inquiries and provided the name of a contact to meet us at the train station for a small fee. We enjoyed returning to this very comfortable apartment after hours of sightseeing. The bed was especially comfortable and the apartment is exactly as described and very clean. If I ever return to Prague, I would not hesitate to rent this apartment. So much nicer than any hotel could possibly be!

This is a wonderful apartment--quite comfortable in all regards. It is clean, spacious, well-equipped, and close to everything in Prague's Old Town. There is storage galore in the bedroom. The bathroom is large and the heated floors were a nice feature since the weather stayed below freezing for our entire stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything one might need. The apartment is on a quiet street, yet just a few minutes' walk to Old Town Square, the Spanish Synagogue, and many other sites. Maia, the owner, provided us with a list of things to do as well as what to see and where to eat in Prague. After a long trip from the U.S., we really enjoyed Chez Marcel across the street from the apartment. Take advantage of Maia's pre-arranged taxi service, which will make the experience from and back to the airport quite seamless. My husband and I prefer apartment rentals to hotels, and this was undoubtedly one of our best experiences yet. If I return to Prague, I would definitely try to rent this apartment again.

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful apartment on our first trip to Praque. We are already back home talking about when we are going again so we can stay here. The location of this apartment is only three blocks away from Old Town but you feel like you are so much further because of how quiet it is. Maia the owner is very helpful with all the details and things to do. There was and is alot of love put into this apartment. Very clean.
