Excellent breakfast. Nice to have parking within easy walking distance of the pier.

A lovely room with comfortable beds. Excellent shower.Good breakfast. Ideal location, just a 2 minute walk into the town centre.

Everything went well. The owners could not be more helpful. The guest house was conveniently situated for easy access to the railway station which we used to reach some of our walking destinations.

Amazing location. Staff were very friendly, especially to my Daughter she took the time to speak to her and remember her name which was lovely. The room was very clean. Nothing was any trouble if we asked for more tea bags, etc

The property is in a great location....not too far from all the facilities and pier. We went for a friends birthday celebration and booked out 3 rooms. The rooms were very clean.... tea and coffee facilities (even some chocolates and biscuits....which were a lovely touch). Shower was easy to use and water was always hot. The bed was very comfortable. Had a great sleep both nights we stayed. The breakfast was superb ... had everything you could possibly need to start your day off .... cereals, yoghurts, fruit, plus a full English breakfast that was of a great quality and served piping hot with lots of toast and a smile from the owner, who was very friendly. I honestly could not fault this place or the price we paid. We will definitely return 👍

Location was good, close to lical shops 5 min walk to beach. Parking available Bed was comfy all the amenities were provided. Nice cooked breakfast.

Minor issue, my shower took a while to warm when other people staying, was fine when no one else there. I.had to buy shower gel as not provided.

The room was very cramped (and that was with just 2 adults). Very strict breakfast timings 8:30-9am (or 8:55am as we were told when on the Sunday we tried to opt for a 9am breakfast)! The 8:30am on Saturday was ok with us as we had a full day ahead of us. The breakfast was poor and we constantly had to ask for butter etc which seemed to put the host out quite a bit. I would challenge any fellow reader to spread 2 butter pats on 3 rounds of toast! We are very well traveled people and my husband is of a military background (ie we tend to get on with things) but here everything was unfortunately penny pinching and we felt awkward just asking for more of anything! We purchased our coffee and milk and toilet paper! I think we could of asked to host for these but her people skills always resulted in a difficult conversation!

The location was ideal, not far from the town, but far enough not to be too noisy. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were really friendly and happy to help. For the price I paid, my accommodation really exceeded my expectations. We were more than happy with everything.
