Room was clean, staff was polite, only minus is there was no warm water.

Had to make an early flight the following day, so appreciated the chance to have a room at the airport where I could go directly to the departure desk, check in and fly.

I would have enjoyed a television channel in English to watch a movie or a couple of episodes from a popular TV program before going to bed.

Right on airport terminal, we don’t have to worry about traffic.

Going inside the hotel is not very pleasant, it is like a back door for people going to work at the mall.

Staff was unaware that airport luggage storage was closed for repair and gave false information on its availability which wasted our time — and they were rudely indifferent to the problem.

noise from the vending area and staff room was too much. had to call reception at 4am to ask for the noise from the staff room to stop.

Big room. we could bring airport cart in the room.

Location is convenient, but not easy to find. The hotel is on the departure level, but the entrance is at the arrival level between terminal 1 and 2. The washbasin was clogged, nobody at the reception.

There was only one single positive thing: The location was very convenient and allowed me extra time to sleep before making an early morning flight.

Air conditioning was not functioning properly. Sink drain was amazingly slow - rendering the sink useless for face washing and teeth brushing and shaving. Bed was poor quality. Outlets were too far from night tables. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Room located near a service entrance door that slammed at least twice during the evening. Once the a/c was made to work, it was still too warm in the room and I continued to be unable to control it via the room thermostat.

Convenience

No blowdryer. But it is not a big deal.

Perfect location right at the airport. Ideal for a 6am flight!

An office desk somewhere would be handy for last minute work to be done. But for sleeping, perfect place.

24-hr reception inside the airport, friendly staff, very reasonably priced. I had a large room with a king-sized bed and a fold-out couch, so a family could stay there comfortably. Since you are actually inside the airport, there is almost no chance of missing your flight. Perfect for arriving late or departing early.

No refrigerator. The inner foyer door into the room was missing, so it was a bit draughty (hopefully, this will now be fixed).
