apartment was very clean and smelled pleasant. we really enjoyed our stay. Polly was helpful with any questions we had. we will definitely be visiting again.

suggestion of blinds on the small window next to the bathroom for privacy.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The property had great views.

The pressure for the shower was low

Me and my family had a fantastic time over the weekends in North Wales although the weather was a bit crazy we still managed to enjoy and have fun. I would highly recommend Ormes Hey Apartments, everything was exceptional, nothing too much trouble, the decor throughout was beautiful, clean and all maintained. Polly the manager has been polite, kind and very helpful with all the information we need. She made sure we have been taking care of. We would love to go back and stay in the future.

The location was close to beach as well as the tramway. The area is quite peaceful. Would like to visit again
