great location, very clean, staff very helpful with local information and let us check in early as the room was ready

Location is about 10 minuts to ADO station, just behind the main street, easy to find. Bathroom was quite big and clean, beds were comfy, enough space for all belongings. Internet was working ok, also TV in the room.

Air condition didn't work properly. I had to open main door in the evening, using fan and waited for better temperature in this very humid place. Also personel give impression that they do not care about foreigners, with locals they had different communication.

Basic but nice place to stay for a good price. The private room was big enough and well maintained.

There were ants in the room and bathroom, but given that it is near the jungle it's normal there are some animals I guess.

Price was fair, bed comfortable, water warm, they provide water and coffee for the morning nice terrace on backyard and in main street. Staff was useful and easygoing, location is prefect to go around the town (2 squares from the colectivo to the ruins), not too noisy (however, always travel with wax earplugs), small area with table to eat and meet people. There's always somebody at the entrance, so it's pretty safe. They ask to clean the room everyday between 10am & 12am. Air conditioning worked good and there's also a fan.

Not enough bed sheet if one is cold (although I didn't ask for more, I carried my own), not much light in my room, few annoying mosquitos, toilet is ok but not totally comfortable (slow hot water, lid not staying open, not sound proof), the kitchen is small and not suited for proper cooking (I didn't use it anyway). In general can be noisy without earplugs (cars honk to get the backyard garden open; there might be other annoying sounds; however nothing terrible). I think for a price of ~400MXN is quite fine, most of the issues is just about the infrastructure that isn't great, it's not fault of the administrators.

It is located in the centre of the city.

Very clearly asked for a quiet room without barking dogs nearby. They then gave me a noisy room with a barking dog nearby. During the last day I asked them if I could put my bag in a safe place. One of the people working there was then using my backpack as a table to put his feet on (see picture). Extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. The place is basically run by people with zero education.

Pretty noisy outside early in the morning

Very nice receptionist who let us have an early check in at 8am. The hotel is in the center of the city and 10min away from the bus station. The room was clean and secure to leave our things.

The water from the shower went all over the bathroom, If the neighbooring rooms felt like talking in the comon area, watching TV or listening to music you could hear everything.
