Hotel nice look from outside but room quite old seem like long time not maintenance

Overall good ambience and facilities. Pool is small, but nicely placed with a view.

Check-in did not happen till 4.30pm. Kids pool was very inviting and had rust on the ladder. Restaurant is good but had very limited vegetarian food options

I think we were the only customers by the time and premises looked like nobody stayed there for a long time. Pool dirty water made us itchy. Beautiful resort but premises wasnt taken good care.

Breakfast spread was very limited..I requested for Vegetarian breakfast and they had very limited stock. Location is good and in natural setting.. I liked the atmosphere

Fantastic resort. Room was very specious and very clean. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was exceptional and they even brought it up to the room. We will be returning for sure!

The resort itself is very photogenic. The lake, pools, restaurant, playgrounds, they all look great. The vibe feels like 90s Thailand, but it has all the modern amenities added. Wifi was strong, towels were fresh, bed was massive, shower got hot and aircon got cold. One thing I really liked were all the 3-prong electrical outlets near the bed and couch. Those are often missing at resorts that feel like they have a history. Best part was the view. You could watch the sunrise over the valley every morning from your balcony. Gorgeous. Also lots of parking. Staff spoke English. Restaurant made good food. The fitness center was open. They cleaned the room well every day.

The TV was old and only got 10 basic channels. But I guess that just encourages you to read and relax more in the mountains.
