The flexibility and kindness of the staff. But also the fact that we could check in very early in the morning with no additional costs. On arrival we also asked a cup of tea and it was offered with no problems. It was a small touch by we really appreciated it.
Wifi didn't work all the time, especially in our room but I didn't really mind. Also, bear in mind that the hotel is approximately a 15/20 minutes walk from the center. However, it is really close to one of the top rated restaurant (La nueva palomino).

The staff are incredibly helpful. I arrived 7am but they still let me check in early and have breakfast that morning. This meant a lot after a long overnight bus.
The room was huge with the bed so comfortable and relaxing. There were not many guest staying so the hotel felt very peaceful and quiet.
It's about a 20 mins walk from the main square which I didn't mind but worth bearing in mind.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The man at the front desk gave us a thorough explanation of the city, a map, and some recommendations of places to see and eat. The room was comfortable and my mom and I slept well.
This hotel is a lot farther from the city center than I thought. It was a 30 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. During the day, it is fine to walk, but at night it is best to take a taxi.
There were also parts of the hotel that were not as boutique as I thought they could be. Some parts of the room weren't dusted well and our room looked out onto the hallway of the hotel.
