Location was good. Room generally clean except for the holder for the hair dryer was quite dusty. Bed was comfortable. Hotel location and surrounding area was quiet.

The Aircond needs to be repaired as it is extremely loud and was quite disturbing to a good rest. Lack of carpark in front of the hotel which is not the fault of the hotel but would be good to have some secured parking and not outside in the public area. Would have been willing to pay for a small fee if they allow us to park inside where the apartment owners park.

Location is good, near Toppen, Aeon Tebrau City and Ikea No private parking lot provide, but there is a public car park opposite the hotel Staffs are friendly, smooth process during check in and check out
