It was my first visit to Hurghada, i visited too many locations around the world but honestly that was memorable vacation…. Iam very proud to see a resort in Egypt with this quality. What are you searching for ??? 1- Entertainment ? Every day there is a show for you and for your kids 2- Tranquility and relaxation? The view of the sea , pools and spa is amazing 3- staff ??? I can promise you will find amazing and very helpful staff from the reception , restaurant , bars , concierge, show team and also management. 4- water activities?? You can find diving center , parasailing , boats ,trip to neverland aqua park and kids aqua park also 5- Food and soft drinks? What an amazing variety !!!! What an amazing quality!!! What an amazing chefs Finally, i can say iam very proud to see that location in Egypt and i can’t wait to come back to that place very soon It worth every dollar you pay Special thanks to Mr. Osman And Great thanks to Mr. Ayman And all this can’t be done without planning and organizing from Mr. Mogib ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Many thanks 🙏🙏

Food was really good and proper all inclusive, no extras. Really well set up for younger kids, our sun is 5 years old and really enjoyed it.

Very little to complain about. Only small thing is that the majority of the guests were German so my son found it harder to join in with other kids

La struttura molto bella all arrivo ci ha accolto questo ragazzo che non ricordo il nome che ci ha spiegato tutto ed è stato molto gentile e chiaro, siamo arrivati prima dell check- in e ci hanno comunque fatto accomodare in stanza cosa che abbiamo apprezzato visto che erano partiti al mattino presto , i ristoranti hanno una ampia scelta così da accontentare un po’ tutti, le piscine grandi e anche per i bambini c’è tanta scelta di giochi e di divertimento. La pulizia anche per il resort è impeccabile mai trovato qualche carta o mozzone di sigarette.

Ho avuto difficoltà nel comunicare visto che parlavamo italiano non ci capivano proprio, con l inglese al ricevimento ma spesso mi sembravano senza voglia nel comunicare con noi, Avevamo prenotato in escursione in barca ci hanno fatto attendere 40 minuti e dopo un mio sollecito al ricevimento che poi mi è stato detto semplicemente di aspettare, un altro ragazzo molto più disponibile alla fine è riuscito a risalire al problema, e alla fine perché nessuno aveva prenotato quel giorno non si erano organizzati e a noi non hanno detto nulla. Quindi è stato un po’ scocciante essersi organizzati per passare qualche ora fuori e invece poi rimandato tutto al giorno dopo.

Great service, large number of staff which cares of customers satisfaction. Clean and well maintained rooms and other utilities. Amazing swimming pools with heated water. Many bars and restaurants.

Es hat 3 Restaurants, das Angebot ist relativ ähnlich aber varriert täglich. Positiv für uns - alle Restaurants sind miteinander verbunden, wodurch jeder dort was holen konnte, wo er wollte. Zimmer waren sauber und wirklich gross (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) Masage - nach Verhandlungen für uns einen bezahlbaren und fairen Deal ausgehandelt. Masseurin Ahlma war super, habe bereits viele SPA Angebote genutzt - Sie war die erste die nicht mit Ihren öligen Händen durch meine Haare ist. Für mich ein mega Pluspunkt ( Sie hatte ein Handtuch drüber gelegt) ist sehr auf die Bedürfnisse eingegangen - empfehlenswert. Pool - war genial für die Kinder - leider durch den Wind etwas kühl aber sonst super. Service war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich. Pluspunkt war der Spielplatz für die Kinder - er war abwechslungsreich und vorallem sicher. Die kompletten Gerüste waren so, das auch die kleinsten drauf konnten und man nicht ständig dabei sein musste. Genial

Essensauswahl - hier wäre es schöner wenn das Angebot täglich nach "Thema" wechseln würde. Es gab halt jeden Tag alles und es haben sich viele Sachen wiederholt. Qualität war gut und hat geschmeckt.

Guten Tag, Mit Hotel und Service war ich sehr zufrieden, die sind sehr sehr gut und sauber, die Mitarbeiter und Menschen wären sehr nett und freundlich. Ich möchte Hr. Shefif Mohammed für sein Nettigkeit und hilfsbereitschaft bedanken ,er war sehr sympathischer person, ich wünsche ihm nur das bestes . Ich werde aufjedenfall wieder kommen. Jó elhelyezkedésű, nagy méretű szálloda. A repülőtértől öt perc gépkocsival. Megfelelő létszámú, odafigyelő személyzettel. Ott létünk során folyamatosan azt tapasztaltam, hogy reggel 7 órától késő estig takarítanak és ápolják a kertet. A takarító személyzettől a szálloda managementjéig mindenki azon munkálkodott, hogy a vendégek jól érezzék magukat. Az animátorok egész nap igyekeztek sportolási lehetőségekkel összehozni a szálloda vendégeit. Az étkezés is változatos, bőséges volt. A fő étterem mellett, olasz és keleti étterem is igyekezett a változatosságot segíteni. Recepció, hall és bárok nagyon szépek. Bár mi nem kis gyermekkel voltunk, de azt nagyon éreztük, hogy nagy hangsúlyt fektetnek a kisgyermekes családokra. Minden jót el lehet a szállodáról mondani, amit a csillagszáma is elvárhatóvá tesz, de ami különösen tetszett, hogy minden esetleges problémát, váratlan helyzetet azonnal és segítőkészen és végtelen emberséggel, kedvességgel megoldottak. Megemlithetem még az orvosi ügyeletet, fodrászatot, Spa és fitnesz részleget is. Nagyon sok pozitív élménnyel távoztunk! Köszönet érte! Egy dolgot sajnálok, hogy a kedvenc séfemtől nem tudtam személyesen elbúcsúzni, mert a távozásunk napján éppen nem tudtam elérni. A szálloda adottságai mellett szamomra az ilyen emberek miatt érdemlik meg az ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️-ot!

Great service, special thanks to Ayman who sorted out extension of our stay. Big room with very big bathroom, a lot of items provided except slippers, one big pool and couple children’s pools were heated. Sea is not deep, need a long walk to get to the deep, but great for children. We very much enjoyed our short stay in January.

No slippers provided in the room, just by request.

Everything was very nice, they were very helpful at the reception and during the accommodation. All the employees are very friendly. I will definitely come visit this hotel again.

Excellent location, cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel and the entire surroundings. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful - kudos to all the staff! The pools are neat, clean and heated, which is great for children. The beach is clean, well-maintained and well-arranged. The service on the beach is also great.

Above all, we would like more animation programs for children. There was animation every day, but a more or less similar affair in the evenings. There is not much going on during the day. We would like more animation during the day at the pools, the beach... One day there was a foam party with music and the children really enjoyed it. Similar animations during the day would be really great. And another very important matter - we really missed the music at the pools and on the beach. The music is only during exercise or some animation that lasts a short time, the rest is quiet and without music... I know that some people want to rest, but at least one part of the complex or the pools could be lively...

Everything was wonderful, specially Mr. Sharif Sheir the front office manager was able to solve the reservation payments problem, I faced when I arrived very quickly and professionally, all the staff was  very kind, friendly and helpful.Property is clean and very well maintained.
