Brak światła pomimo upomnienia że nie działa, Pani uznała, że trzeba po prostu mocniej przycisnąć (nie działało) brak papieru toaletowego

Kind of nice view from the window, room has balcony. Place itself near the center of Zakopane, has parking space.

Personal does not understand english at all, very hard to communicate, ignore messages. No any kind of heater to make wet clothes dry after hike or wash. Even if it has heater in bathroom, it is not working.

Amazing place with beautiful view and nice host! Cozy room with all that is needed:)

-the staff can’t speak English -the bed was dirty, there were hair on the pillows -uncomfortable old beds and bedsheets -someone left the dirty towel in the bathroom and it was smelly -it was noisy because of the other guests -the heating isn’t working just in the night, when we arrived back in the afternoon the room was cold -there isn’t sink in the “kitchen” -there isn’t normal light in the bathroom

Accomodation was clean and cute.

Mrs. Magda requires refundable fee in case of some damage caused by our dog, information about it wasn't announced before accomodation arrival.

I find that most of the things we need were there: sponge, dish soap, extra toilet papers, communal kitchen etc. The villa is clean and wifi connection splendid. Heater works well too, except there was a time when it wasn't working during the day. My friend decided to rest and stay indoor and the heater was not warm until I returned in the evening. Maybe it was due to the assumption that guests go out during the day. There's a grocery store nearby. We stocked up food, drinks and batteries from there 😁

It may have the potential to be a bit noisy if there are many guests staying. We stayed when there were not many of them so we didn't have this issue
