Det ligger centralt.
Det fanns inget toalettpapper och jag upptäckte det lite för sent. Det var inte så roligt. Jag hade också bokat ett rum till mins fru dotter som kom lite senare än oss. Jag betalade hennes rum innan hon kom. Tur var att jag sparade kvittot, för när min frus dotter kom ville hotellet ha betalt en gång till. De hävdade bestämt att det inte var betalat och gav inte med sig förrän jag kunde visa kvitto på betalningen.

Very friendly professional service. The breakfast was great with a good selection of food and drinks. Comfortable room.
Ledge at entrance to bathroom was a bit dangerous.

The room was a bit smaller than we expected. It was neat and comfortable. The location was well known to the local tuk-tuks that we hired to go around the place. The restaurant is average.
1. We were charged for early check-in despite having communicated this as the main requirement since the time of booking. We were not informed of such a charge at the time of booking.
2. People at reception can be more courteous to tourists. Looks like this is a business hotel and they are not much inclined to make a good impression.

Whoever helped me amend my booking, thank you. I booked for my colleagues and had to make last minute changes. They helped me on the phone then reacted quickly after I made the changes on Booking.com. I called on the 28th May in the evening.

The design of bathtub have big problem, the whole bathroom will be flooding when after shower. It’s very dangerous for children and elder people.

Lack of attention to details: toilet paper was missing and had to call reception to have some, towels were not changed while the room was made up.

the pool and breakfast area were lovely. rooms were clean and nice bathroom
there was a Nespresso machine but no capsules, I asked housekeeping for some and they said I needed to purchase from reception.

5 years ago we were here, but then it was Asthera Sathorn. So we did not know what was changed. We like now also. The breakfast is good (local and continental also), the room is big enough and clean. We choosed this because the location is good for a short trip, near the port.
the deposit, because I did not find this fact when I made the booking (maybe I did not read carefully), but if we go home directly from the hotel, what can we do with the cash (1000 bath) ? Fortunately we changed money at the airport, so we had enough cash and not this hotel was the final destination.
