The staff are sont kind and helpfull , the location is very well ! You can book a Grab and be in the old quarter in less than 5min ! If you have some question you can ask the staff, they are so great ! I recommande that hotel !

Hotel Management team was very on point when it comes to reaching out for arrangement, making sure that my logistics were taken care of for the days leading up to the trip. Recpetionists were extremely helpful, went above and beyond their responsibilities to accomodate my very needs, given that this is my first visit to Hanoi.
