Spacious & clean, fully equipped, excellent customer service, great location. We have a baby & had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable

They struggled a bit to understand my husband so maybe English level could be better

This can be one of the best accommodations one can find in Hanoi, yet very affordable! B/fast was not 'grand' but it has all the necessary greens and proteins that one needs to start his/her day in a healthy way (i.e. no 'rubbish' food). Room was clean, kitchen appliances all worked perfect, hot water in the shower, aircon in the apartment, all worked in excellent condition. Bed was really comfortable, and the unit has very good sound-proof so i had uninterrupted sleep throughout the entire stay. Each room comes with their own wifi device vs. a shared wifi (on the floor), so the connection is really strong. Lots of eateries within walking distance; ordering of Grab services (both car & food) is convenient as well. Bonus - they even have two in-house bicycles for the guests to use (w/o any charges), just need to inform the front desk and they'll issue you the key, which i used to cycle to Old Quarter and back, excellent! I will definitely stay at the same place in future

2 bedroom family apartment was huge and had 2 bathrooms and big kitchen. Great pool, playground and kids club area (self-supervised).

The location wasn’t the nicest. Good for rainy days if you just want to hang around the hotel but otherwise you need to get a taxi to main attractions. 15 minute walk to nice restaurants.

Staffs were friendly. Apartment were cleaned 1
