good location as close to the custom. minimart right beside location. many food options in front of hotel. value for money?

cleanliness was very bad. found bunches of hair. table had water steeped under the glass top. stains on bedsheets. rooms were in need of a paint job. booked a few rooms and they all were inconsistent. one room had great shower head. another had a faulty one. another room had a faulty bidet spray. had phones in a room and not in the rest. credit card machine was not working during our trip. smell of smoke throughout common areas. security could be an issue as lift did not require key card access. staff are not at the front desk throughout at night.

The receptionists (both a lady and a gentlemen) upon check-in was extremely friendly and welcomed us.

The cleanliness of the room was horrendous. We spotted yellowish stains on the blanket. In addition, the air conditioner vents were full of dust (very much visible to the naked eyes) and the bathroom drainage was clogged with hairs. Had to physically remove them so that water was able to be drained successfully.

1st is the door of my girlfriends is difficult to open. 2nd the shower in my room is not working and had to get the staff to fix it. Last but not least the bed is too soft.

Everything. Bed and pillows are so soft and you can request extra 1 or 2 pillows with no problems at all. Aircon was amazing. Lots of channels on tv. And also the hotel is very secure. Staff was amazing and polite as well. Amazing location as it has a lot of food stalls just outside the hotel if ur hungry at 1 or 2 am.
