Camera di dimensioni molto generose e confortevole con arredo completo. Bagno privato ampio e completo. Buona pulizia generale. Possibilità di parcheggio nel cortile davanti casa molto apprezzato. Fermata autobus per il centro a 2 passi.

The property is a building site. The staff are very rude. There is absolutely no parking space at the front that is advertised in booking.com or round the corner. We booked on this basis. The building site was dangerous outside and in. It is run down. The owner is rude and totally dismissed my 79 old aunt who needed a car park and safe home. She would have fallen over all the building blocks. Their big ban blocked parking too. Damp and the smell of a building site. Do not stay here. Not safe and the owner said no one complained about parking. Just read previous reviews!!! Do not stay.

La guest house e’ molto carina e in una bella zona, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro di Edimburgo. Abbiamo avuto una family room bellissima, super spaziosa e confortevole, non potevamo chiedere di meglio per un soggiorno a buon prezzo ad Edimburgo !

Avevo contattato più volte la Struttura per avere informazioni ma le risposte sono state sempre molto frettolose e all’arrivo non avevamo la certezza su come avvenisse il check in. Se migliorassero questo aspetto sarebbe impeccabile !

Our room was good can’t really fault it

Someone had been in our room when we left to go out after check in as I closed the curtains before I left then when we got in at night they were open

La cama era cómoda y la habitación tenía un buen tamaño, lo malo es que teníamos el baño fuera de la habitación y era un poco incómodo. También nos dejaron té y café para el desayuno. El alojamiento estaba en buena zona y aunque tenía conexión con el centro por autobuses nosotros íbamos y veníamos todos los días andando, está a unos 25 minutos de Old town y por el camino había múltiples tiendas, cafeterías y restaurantes.

No recibimos ningún correo por parte del alojamiento de cómo acceder a él. El mismo día de la llegada les escribimos pero no obtuvimos respuesta, así que decidimos ir hasta la ubicación y ya allí conseguimos contactar con una chica que nos dio una clave para poder acceder al alojamiento. Cuando llegamos la habitación olía muchísimo a tabaco, entiendo que no es culpa del alojamiento pero tampoco nuestra. Les escribimos para comentárselo pero no obtuvimos respuesta por su parte y al día siguiente teníamos la ventana abierta de la habitación, entendemos que habían venido a ventilar. Quizás podrían habernos dado otra habitación o habernos dado algo en compensación. Fue muy molesto dormir la primera noche con olor a tabaco.

La stanza davvero bella e spaziosa con tipica bow window. Tutto pulito. Il bagno piccolino, ma per me (1.70h) era comodo. C'erano caffè solubile e thè a disposizione e bollitore e piccoli snack. Letto comodissimo. La stanza al piano terra, affaccia su strada ed è un po' rumorosa, ma io ci ho dormito molto bene. Le tende spesse attutiscono rumori e schermano bene dalla luce.

Che non c'è reception. Tuttavia era indicato tutto il necessario e ci si può mettere in contatto con i gestori della struttura dal citofono o dal telefono. All' arrivo abbiamo avuto un disguido sulla modalità di accesso, non ci era stata indicata la box e password per auto check-in, quindi consiglio eventualmente di assicurarsi prima se si ha un check-in in tarda serata come il mio di aver ricevuto tutte le informazioni necessarie. Tuttavia il problema si è risolto in fretta. Ci hanno indicato i codici per l'accesso e la stanza era pronta. Un'altra nota da sapere è che la stanza ha proprio affaccio su strada, poca privacy, ma come indicato nei commenti positivi ci sono delle tende molto spesse che risolvono e grazie all' affaccio la stanza è molto luminosa e l affaccio con bow window è carino. La via su cui si affaccia la stanza non è particolarmente bella, ma è servita bene dai bus e si possono vedere tutte le tipiche case con giardino di fronte. Quindi l affaccio è piacevole.(Si vede nelle foto)

Easy express check in and check out. Room nice, clean and comfortable. Not exactly central but lots of restaurants not too far.

No staff so can't rate it. Location is good but a bit further down so took the 37 bus.

Beds were very comfortable room was basic but clean.
