The hotel and grounds are beautiful. Our room size was adequate, and snacks were provided. the hotel was very child friendly—house boxes in the rooms, high chairs at almost every table in the dining room, and a large children’s play area. our bathroom was also very large. Breakfast buffet was included and had many Western and Korean options. The hotel offered a complementary boat ride down the river. We walked down to the docks, but didn’t have the time to take the ride. we heard it was a short ride, but the hotel did give a voucher for every day we stayed.

The bathroom size was great, but the design of the shower was poor. Water gets everywhere because there isn’t a full shower door or curtain. The dining options are expensive and limited. we brought dinner back to the hotel in hopes of eating it at the picnic tables overlooking the river. When we got down to the tables, there were signs saying “no outside food”. we found this rather ridiculous since the tables were not directly next to the restaurant. It appeared the hotel wanted guests to order picnic baskets through their restaurant. Also, there is no convenience store on the property. There is a restaurant and a coffee shop. if you want to purchase snacks, there is a 7-11 100 meters outside the front gate.

The hotel is very pretty. We enjoyed our stay and staffs are friendly.

Inconvenient if you don't drive. Other than that, no dislike.

Super kind and thoughtful staff~ the location and activities were very cool too. Its a perfect getaway for the family~ It was overall an awesome trip and we came home extremely satisfied.

The following aren't complaints, just two suggestions (our trip was wonderful by the way) Placing a microwave on each floor could be convenient for parents who need to heat up baby food, instead of having to go all the way down to the first floor (We were on the 4th floor. Im sure they are available in the rooms on the upper floors, as they are the premium rooms). The terrace could have used more than 1 chair outside.

Service is always excellent every time we stay.

- generally clean room (except from what I mentioned above) and some dust and leaf under the bed - nice grounds to walk around. - great views from the room - nice size room with high ceiling. - breakfast was nice, and big. (Set menu, not buffet)

Some small details, but those count. - Refrigerator was not cleaned out properly. Previous family's kids candy was left in refrigerator (not part of minibar as was in an old zip bag) - toilet roll was just about empty (had to change myself) - no iron (for a hotel that prides itself in it's overpriced restaurant food; would be nice to be able to iron a shirt to go and have dinner there) - family room with double bed and single bed, but only one chair to sit on.
