Dirty, old , leak in the shower, tv don’t work …

It is close to the main train station.

Very very loud guests — a small group, or couple, blasting music and talking at each other in a loud volume until 2:00 am. The window would not open partially, only wide-open and there was a very annoying electrical buzzing noise outside the window. When the window was closed the room was stuffy and smelled. When I finally did open the window in the morning, the smell of cooking was blowing in from the ventilators outside the window on the roof a metre below it. The vending machine downstairs was not fully-stocked. It was too late and I was too tired to go out to get some water, something to eat and drink. It was good I was only spending one night and then taking the train the next morning. I would not suggest a long stay in this hotel, bring your own food and water if you arrive in the evening. Bring ear plugs. Actually just better to find another hotel. On the plus side — it is very close to the train station, and the staff were cordial. Still, I won’t stay there again.

The "Savoy" it ain't but it was clean very close to the tram stop and train station. There is no breakfast but not a problem as there are many places to buy food. The price of the room is very reasonable.

The hotel is close to the red light district, on my visit there seem to be broken glass everywhere so be careful where you walk. The staff could have been a little more friendly, a "Good Morning" costs nothing"

Location was very good and very nice stay.

Bathroom was small and there is no breakfast in this Hotel.

No breakfast, curtains for the windows covered only half window.

Good as near railway station

Nothing not clean shower and not a 4 star hotel in uk Premier Inn hS better rooms. To much noise from traffic and people in hotel .need a revamp the hotel for me

The location is great and easy to reach via train. Close to the city, you can walk around easily from the hotel. I liked that they have a luggage roome.

The facilities are old and not in good shape. The room was cold and sometime a wave of cooking smell in the room, not so pleasent. I was expecting a bit more for a 4 stars hotel, like a simple kettle to make tea. The mini bar was empty.

No breakfast but great location. However the there were lots of “Junkies” surrounding that are scary.

There are no complimentary coffee or tea i the bedroom.
