I have heard alot about premier le reve but I have never imagined that this hotel is really outstanding to this point. It is one of the best hotel in Egypt without exaggeration.. Service and Staff were really excellent.. everyone was friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean , quiet , luxury and comfortable. Food in all meals are perfect , fresh and delicious. I want to mention very special place in this hotel which is Bella Restaurant, this restaurant is simply amazing .. its style is so classy , service is excellent and food is above expectations.. I tried many luxurious restaurants in Europe and United States and this restaurant can simply compete them.. Thanks for all of you

Hotel is quite small Animation team is passable but not the best for sure

Everything. The staff were amazing friendly, helpful and always had a smile. The resort itself was beautiful. The many pools that overlooks the Red Sea. I am not a buffet person but it was delicious. Many different foods to choose from. The al a carte near the beach and Bella Italian were great as well. If we don't live so far away, we would definitely be returning yearly.

The night entertainment wasn't great.

The hotel was wonderful including all of its facilities ( pools , spa , restaurant , etc. ). The service was exceptional specially in the main restaurant from all of the staff specially Mohamed Gamal and its view on the pool and sea is breathtaking.

Spacious room. Excellent housekeeping both in our room and around the hotel. Turquoise Restaurant was excellent in terms of food variety, quality and service at breakfast and dinner. Ossiano restaurant where we lunched each day also provided very good service and food. Lobby Bar each evening was busy but the hardworking staff coped effortlessly and the service and drinks were always first class.

- To our delight, we were informed by the receptionist at check-in that our room was being upgraded to a Garden View Room. I was a little perplexed and queried this as a Garden View Room was exactly what I had booked and paid for! He explained that we had been allocated a front garden view rather than a rear garden view. The room and view we were supposedly ‘upgraded’ to was exactly the same as the room and photo description that appeared on my booking confirmation! Two subsequent dealings with another receptionist were very unprofessional on his part and reflected badly on the hotel. - Had to call out maintenance on our first day as the electric kept cutting out in our room for no apparent reason. - Daily fuming around 530pm each day around the gardens left a strong diesel odour in the bedroom of our ground floor garden view room. - Staff often ignored guests who were waiting to be served in the Beach Bar. The white wine there was undrinkable, very dry, unlike in the other bars and restaurants of the hotel. The one cocktail I ordered there was like a squash without any straw or decoration. On the one occasion we ordered a drink on the beach around 4pm it never came by the time we left at 5pm. On the one occasion we ordered a drink at the pool, the waiter ‘forgot’ to bring it! - Wi-Fi only only available in the lobby and restaurants. Had to purchase a local SIM card which was just hassle. - Although the ambience and service was excellent in the Bella Restaurant, the main course portion size was meagre. One small potato and tiny piece of broccoli was all that accompanied the steak!

Everything was AMAZING: food, people, location, beach! The location is amazing, the place is not crowded and very well kept. We loved the beach (it is easy to access the sea and the beach is not rocky). We loved also the people (especially Isaac) that really care about every single detail! very very recommended!!! See you soon Tucana!

The honeymoon suite was beautiful with such a nice view and access to the pool. We enjoyed all of the a la carte restaurants, as well as the Turquoise buffet. Wait staff especially were very attentive, both at the restaurants and by the pool. Clean and comfortable.

The spa treatments were overpriced and of mediocre quality. Wish we saved our money.

Outstanding in everything

Nothing all is good

Premier le Rêve runs like a well-oiled machine. Everything is working smoothly, which was particularly visible for New Year's night, when the hotel hosted an excellent gala dinner, a cocktail reception, and a party for several hundred guests. Their food is great and the buffets are copious and so well organized - possibly the best we have seen anywhere. Wait staff are friendly and helpful. There are four pools and the beach is just 50 meters away. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, including greenery and flowers. We had a jacuzzi in our room and a giant comfortable bed. The place is quiet, and the clientele is generally 50+ and well behaved (which is not always the case in all-inclusive resorts). The spa is good, and the gym small but functional. There are ping pong and pool tables, as well as chess sets. We had a great time and rested very well.

The wifi is non-existent, except for a couple of limited common areas; the management should finally do something about that (I can see that guests have been complaining about this for years). Staff trying to sell services (spa, snorkeling, safaris) on the beach or by the pools can be tiring - most guests just want to relax, swim, read, sleep, and not hear for the 10th time about "great deals". There should be a system (as in some other hotels) where guests could put a red flag or a "don't disturb" sign if they do not wish to be approached. Finally, if the hotel wishes to be truly sustainable, it could limit the use of plastic water bottles and replace them with large water dispensers in each room or each floor.

I don’t know if what I say will give enough credit, but I will try to do my best here, Mr.Khaled contacted me after I confirmed my booking with a welcoming message on Whatsapp in which I told him that I will be visiting my wife to celebrate our 5th anniversary, he immediately sent me the HONEYMOON package for free which includes a lot of extra services such as breakfast en suite, romantic dinner in their fabulous speciality restaurants. When we arrived he welcomed us himself and escorted us to the VIP lounge to rest from the long drive as he was finalizing the check-in, then he surprised us even more with an upgrade from a pool view standard room to a seaside view room with a jacuzzi!!!!!. We kept receiving complementary gifts every day which was awesome, in addition that literally all the staff are smiling and very professional and treating all the guests superbly. I tried to elaborate as much as I could but I can't even get anywhere near what they really did for us to make us enjoy our 5th anniversary. Would definitely come again and recommend for everyone wants to relax and have an excellent service with top noche food as well.

Absolutely nothing

Attention to details. genuinely friendly and going that extra mile to ensure our comfort. The Japanese restaurant experience was exquisite. Very talented chef there. thank you for making our short stay that awesome. obviously not the biggest hotel chains in terms of size but facilities were convenient.

Everything.. especially and specifically Mr.Ramy from front desk reception team. He decently surprised us by an upgrade from the junior suite originally booked to the highest available suite instead! Free of charge! Since it was available by the hotel during our time. What an amazing suite with lovely view and jaccuzi .. beautiful design and atmosphere and we extremely enjoyed this experience It was the best experience ever .. from the unique clean places, very nice and friendly staff and also many pools and the best delicious food. The food had a lot of options available with great tastes and also Sushi! That was available in the main restaurant and also there were many other restaurants around. An ATM, nearby shops, big lobby waiting nice area .. i can't mention all but for sure will visit again Many thanks Premier le reve!

Nothing really.. minor stuff for a picky person that's not worth mentioning but for honesty the A/C although it was perfectly working as expected but the air vent was a bit loud than normal but generally perfect. Can't deny that!

I believe Le Reve's staff do a lot of things wonderfully. The quality of the food and how courteously quick everything is done. I have been to many open buffets both inside and outside of Egypt, but let me tell you, none were that flavorful. Every meal me and my partner were stuffed from how delicious, soul filling and fresh the food was. The beds are huge, could easily fit three people on the two person beds. The bar is always open with refreshing beverages. And the evenings with their events are quite lovely. The beach and water are free from any types of waste. Ever since arriving and being greeted with the kind and charismatic Mr Khaled, everything and I do mean everything is done without me noticing. People don't linger about when doing the service expecting a tip (which let me tell you is something tourists will face far too often in Egypt).

I expected more variety in the evening activities.
