shower sometimes cold sometimes hot. water leaking from shower cubicle to the room's carpet and room is so small, ensuite's door cannot widely open because the bed is right next to the shower room's

Very central to everything on the beach. And a fair price for an overnight stay

Comfortable stay radiator did not work It was a little cold at times

Weather in November you would want the heat on first thing in the afternoon and at night after getting ready for bed

Everything was perfect, location, room, facilities and the host was brilliant. Made a simple weekend away into the perfect tonic we needed. We will definitely be staying here again.

There was no breakfast

Loved the decor, comfortable bed. It was all round a lovelyb&b. Would definitely book again.

There was nothing we didn't like

Immaculate decor throughout the house. Room was great size and super quiet - I slept extremely well both nights. Both Debbie and Roger couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. I would recommend in a heartbeat. Location is nice and quiet away from the main front but still just moments away from the beach.

Roger was great ,showed us to our rooms ,all clean and ensuite. Coffee and tea facilities with pint of fresh milk in fridge. Bar and lounge facility.nothing too much trouble.nice and quiet room .Ashmira is couple minutes fom beach and 10minutes to centre of Weymouth Highly recommend

Nothing to do with guest house. Trying to find decent place to eat as ironman festival weekend and everywhere booked up. Dont go to real burger takeaway,burger cold and sour ,chips cooked in burnt fat

The room was a little small but was sufficient for 3 days, it was very clean

breakfast in our room, had to make hot drinks on high chest of drawers and there was only one chair in our room so one of us had to stand or sit on bed to eat breakfast which i did not like.
