Excellent location, super clean and beautiful property. We will definitely visit again.

The bed was just ok for us, particularly the bulky pillows.

The house was beautifully styled, very comfortable, exceptionally clean and very private. The customer service from Stay was really great and Cathy & Rob were fantastic hosts, we would absolutely recommend them & this gorgeous house to anyone. We absolutely loved our stay is this fantastic and extremely comfortable property. All our needs were thought of in advance. Plus they thoughtfully welcomed us with chocolate and bubbles. Cathie warmly meet us in arrival and showed us around and sent follow up texts to check if we needed anything. She always responded promptly to our requests. Moa 30 Runga is modern and well-designed with designer decor. It is also spotlessly clean. The wide verandah was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the ocean. I also loved the large outdoor beanbags great for curling up with a good book. We especially like the use of a washing machine with washing powder included and the air conditioning and BBQ were both well used. Parking is on the grass verge beside the quiet road above the property. There is a short walk from there down a path to the property. Even though I was struggling to walk at the time, access was not an issue. The owners house is below but you cannot see it from the property because of the clever planting.

We loved it all, the only thing you need to know is that this property is not serviced daily. We stayed a week and plenty of towels, soap, toiletries, coffee and tea etc. were provided for the week or were only a text away.

New units, comfy,quiet! Owner is very friendly and helpful.

Entry is not easy to find, which is from back yard, also via public walking trail, no sign on gate yet.
