Hôtel très bien ien équipé, propre . Personnel professionnel, serviable. En fait ,c est un complexe avec des cafés restaurants espace de jeu pour enfant, piscine olympique disponible entre 11h et 15 j' et une 2 ème petite piscine . Emplacement pas loin de l aéroport, mais un peu loin du centre ville . Mais tout est accessible. Petit déjeuner en buffet.

Le bruit de la salle de fête avec absence d insonorisation est insupportable. Heureusement que ça finit à 23 h. Petit déjeuner à partir de 8h . C est un peu tard

The place was stunning, has loads of entertainment and close proximity to many cafés and restaurants.

The management should let their clients know that they offer weddings on the premises, the constant loud music blarring until midnight every night was extremely annoying, also the amenities are shared by the public, the pool area was always filled with people not residing at the hotel. There was no purpose in trying to use the facilities , The breakfast the horrible.

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. In particular the outside areas and the lobby.The people were helpful especially the receptionist named Seif Ahmed.Always kind, ready to help and his manner showed that he knows his job very well.Also the hotel had a safe feeling.There was cleanliness both in the rooms and in the corridors.It is a clean hotel.

There is difficulty in communicating with staff. They didn't speak English. Very difficult to agree and be understood. Few people speak English inside the hotel. The breakfast and the breakfast area should be renovated and the breakfast should have more options.In general, it needs improvement to be a 5-star hotel.

Le manque de sérieux du personnel : se parle et ricane en vous regardant. Ne comprenant pas l’arabe, c’est manque de respect total vis à vis du client. L’insonorisation de la chambre n’est pas terrible, l’hôtel étant à proximité d’un bar, j’ai entendu de la musique toute la nuit

Un hotel muy bonito, cómodo, amplio, limpio. Cerca al aeropuerto.

عربي: عاملي الفندق بالاستقبال وال Check in/out كانو فظين وغير محترمين ولا يردون حتى السلام وكل همهم البخشيش يجب دفع الحساب قبل استلام الغرفة وكأن النزيل سيهرب وحينما قام العامل بالاستقبال تحويل العملة من الجنيه لليورو.. قام بزبا0ة النسبة بمقدار واحد يورو وكأنني لا اعرف كم هو المبلغ.. اليورو ليست مشكلة بالنسبة لي ولكن الثقة والاحترام والصدق هي الاساس وخاصة انا دفعت لليلة الواحدة 71.25 يورو. تم الاتفاق مع الفندق على غرفة بسىرير مزدوج فاعطونا غرفة بسريرين فرديين Deutsch: Personals in Empfang waren total unfreundlich und haben sogar nicht zurückgegrüßt, als ob sie zur Arbeit abgeschleppt wurden. Denn ist nur Trinkgeld wichtig. Die Kosten müssen am Anfang entrichtet werden und nicht beim Check Out. Als der Emfangarbeitet es von EGY zu Euro umrechnen wollte, wollte er mich um 1 Euro verarschen, was mir eigentlich kein Thema ist. Allerding herrscht in diesem Fall kein Respekt und Vertrauen . ئUnser gebuchtes Zimmer sollte Doppelbett-Zimmer sein. Allerding verfügte das Zimmer über zwei einzelne Bette Nicht empfehlenswerte Hotel =>Geld Verschwendung

Everything was verygood, the room was so comfortable... I would recommend specifing certain days for the hotel guests to enjoy the swiming pool.

Pool time, not suitable if you're looking for quiet nights, music is too loud and wedding parties make you feel that you're staying at a public place not a hotel

Laundry service is cheap, fast and they bring it the same day. The coffee and juices are amazing. The breakfast is wide range of selection with great quality of food and freshly made omelettes. Daily housekeeping and shoe shine,vanity and sewing kits provided in room

- Chalet style rooms which gives you the ability to enjoy time in the balcony specially with the garden view. - Free parking and the parking staff were helpful. - The hotel atmosphere is warm and cozy. - Location is good, you can find nearby facilities and malls.

- No Elevators/ ramps, you have to carry your bags from the parking (in the basement) to the hotel. And you will have to carry it through the inner hotel stairs. - The breakfast is of low quality and limited variety. - Insects, few ants (big size) were in the balcony and a couple entered our room. My son found a lizard in the balcony of their room.

The staff was welcoming and friendly , The hotel has a large play and recreation area in front of reception where one can enjoy the evening with family. a gym and a swimming pool
