Die Lage von dem Hostel ist sehr gut, man ist in ca. 10 Minuten in der Stadt oder am Lago Argentino.
Restaurants, Supermärkte, Cafés sind fußläufig zu errreichen. Die Busstation ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar, aber mit Gepäck ist es schon weit. Die Rezeptionisten haben uns ein Taxi bestellt, das war sehr entt und es war sofort da.
Die Hostelküche ist gut ausgestattet und wirklich sehr sauber, es wird auch mehrmals am Tag aufgeräumt. Selbst die Spülschwämme waren für ein Hostel gut.
An der Rezeption kann man Touren zum Perito Moreno Gletscher buchen, die mit 30.000 (aktuell ca. 30 Euro, nur in bar bezahlbar) günstiger als die offiziellen Touren (ca. 40 Euro) sind. Man von einem Fahrer abgeholt, der auch noch andere Gäste aus anderen Unterkünften mitgenommen hat.
ACHTUNG: Leider kann man die Unterkunft nur in bar bezahlen! Wir sind an einem Sonntag aus Chile angekommen und konnten erst am Montag zu Western Union gehen, um Geld abzuheben. Die Rezeptionistin war dann tatsächlich erst freundlich zu uns, als wir bezahlt haben...
Ausstattung: In den Badezimmern gibt es keine Seife, unsere eigene Seife wurde (versteckt im Spiegelschrank) bei der täglichen Reinigung weggeworfen...sehr unpraktisch, wenn man jeden Tag seine Seife erneuern oder sie verstecken muss.
Wie immer in Argentinien sind die Wände relativ dünn und es gibt sehr wenig Haken, um die Kleidung zu lüften.
Es gibt einen Wäsche Service, die Wäsche kommt auch sehr sauber wieder zurück, jedoch ist es mit umgerechnet 5 Euro vergleichsweise teuer für eine (!) Ladung. (Eine Ladung hat einer kleinen Plastiktüte entsprochen.)

O único ponto de atenção é que tivemos que pagar em dinheiro (espécie, efectivo) no dia da chegada, essa informação não estava descrita no booking, poderiam ter nos informado por mensagem antes da chegada na hospedagem.

La struttura non è adeguata a essere usata come ostello: la cucina è in un corridoio i cui odori finiscono nelle camere dato che non c'è nessuna aspirazione o areazione; il servizio lavanderia non è disponibile e non si capisce perchè, le, camere sono piccole, squallide e la maggior parte con finestre che danno sul corridoio.

This hostel was very clean, to be honest I wasn't expecting much because it was the cheapest hostel I could find, but it was perfect for me. My only suggestion would be to say that it would be great to have a little shelf so if you are on the upper bunk you have somewhere to put your phone / wallet. The wifi was super fast and the kitchen was spotless. I'll definitely return.

at check-in they told us that their card terminal „just broke today“ so we had to pay in cash. so we had to change money to a really bad rate.

Lovely staff
Toilet didn’t work, cupboards were banging in the night, dogs barking incessantly (although that happens all over Argentina). Price was hefty compared to my next hostel in El Calafate which is much nicer and half the cost!

Great value, good central location, and nice shared kitchen.
The bed was quite uncomfortable! Having to pay in cash was fine (I know it’s common in Argentina now), but Booking should make this known ahead of time on the website so that folks can come prepared!

Location was good, it was very clean and comfortable, and generally quiet / calm. We rented the hostel bikes which were good
Kitchen is closed from 12.30-5pm which was a bit annoying if we wanted to make lunch. But it was very nice and clean. There was also incense burning the whole time and the smell was very overpowering

It has a good location close to the town center but quiet, big dining area and clean.
The bunk beds had no ladder to get onto the top bunk with, and there wasn’t really a social vibe
