The Bathroom door was broken

The cleanliness is the most important aspect everywhere we go. When we also find a nice, modern design that makes it even better.

The room had tea and coffee facilities, a silent minifridge, clean towels and shower gel.

There was sewage smell in the bathroom and the shower head was broken. No hairdryer

Pretty close to the airport, clean and nice looking place to stay at for 1-2 nights.

Bad smell in the room, like sewerage.

Very silent spacey rooms at number 111-120 and 211-220, more noisy 101-110 and 201-210 regarding the streetside. All rooms are similar. Rather new hotel. good mattress. No own breakfast room, but bakery next door. 11 km from int. Airport Otopeni. No bad noise from aorplanes - different from RIN Hotel next airport directly in line to the runway. Terrible there from 6:00 morning on. Next Metro station Pipera M2, bus 459 goes straight there from hotel.

It has very simple system of getting a room. Check in, check out, leave the key. Done.

The water drain in shower was badly clogging, leaving the water not being able to flow away. This left some uncomfortable smell. But other than that, the room was very clean and comfortable. There were some dogs barking at night until 2-3am, so I didn't get much sleep first night.

No breakfast.

Spacious room, two toilets, big bed and sofa, have instant coffee and tea in room, you can go out to a big common balcony along all building.

We arrived at the place around 19:30 and, although we specified that we would be there sometime between 19:00-20:00, there was nobody waiting for us at the reception. Furthermore, nobody would pick up the phone no matter how many times we had tried to reach them. Finally, after a waiter working in a restaurant near the hotel contacted them, they called us only to inform us that there has been a mistake and that, in fact, there is no available room. Although we can understand that this kind of errors may happen sometimes for different reasons, we find it unacceptable that it took so long to get in touch with them. This delay resulted in us finding another place to stay very late at night, since they got the "amability" to inform us about the error only by 21:00. Had there been a person available at the reception, a lot of stress and exhaustion would have been avoided.

Restaurants very close

Very cheap doors, you hear everything from the street. I woke up man times in the night. Small rooms, cheap quality…

No reception , but get the key quick and easy , rooms are very clean and nice , and the most impotant for me that is silence !

Location is ok, free parking and restaurant nearby. Reception guy was ok, he tried to find solutions for our problems very fast

First room wasn t cleaned before previous client. Second room we were given, had no amenities( no toilet paper) and had a electrical outage of some kind for more than 2h. There was electricity in other rooms
