You won’t be disappointed in this one! We loved the houses, pool and hot tub! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and only minutes from restaurants! We would definitely rent this again! The property manager was wonderful!

Nice property, clean and great management to work with. The only thing I wish was more clear when I booked the place is that it is actually two separate houses that do not connect. This made my kids uneasy and forced us to all be in the smaller house with only 2 of the 5 bedrooms. Not a big deal, but be aware if you have younger children who would not be comfortable being alone in a separate house.

Great for friend groups
Two separate units turned out to be a really great asset for a large group of unrelated friends. Space was larger than we expected. Location was close to beach and dining. The pool was the most used asset, and it was nice having the added feature of a hot tub. We will definitely seek this property again if future travels take us to FLL.

Perfect location. Well maintained.
Better than anticipated. Which is rare for any rental. At any price point. I always figure that the listing is usually too good to be true. In this case, the description was spot on accurate. In fact, it was better than I expected and I have rented many homes and condos. Literally zero issues. None. The location was perfect for quiet nights and close enough to the beach or marina that you could walk or catch a $8 Uber. We walked to Shooters for dinner twice. The units were super clean and comfortable. Ultra modern décor. The pool was perfect and made the humid air in south Florida bearable. I would go back and stay again without hesitating. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful accommodations! Quiet Neighborhood
This property was exactly as presented and more!
The only drawback is the neighbors complain about any noise once the sun go down. For a quiet daytime fun vacation this is the place. For after dark poolside fun you may want to consider another neighborhood.

Perfect for Multiple Families
Plenty of space and accommodations for families wanting to vacation together. Shared pool and hot tub were awesome and the beach is just a short walk from the property. Property manager and owner very responsive throughout entire booking process and stay. Would definitely return.

Great vacation area, okay location
The house was amazing in an area close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. However, it’s located in a residential area with neighbors that have zero noise tolerance. Hello?! We might be in the pool after 9pm, we’re on vacation.

Place was nice and big and loved having the kids separate from the parents. Love the pool and hot tub!!! Kitchens were very nice! Needed more blankets for bed because it was chilly in the evening. Communication between us and the owner was easy!

Fantastic Spring Break!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property! We loved the spacious bedrooms, the 2 kitchens, wonderful pool and hot tub, the close proximity to the beach and so much more!

Contact person was rude!
Contact person was overbearing, unprofessional and unreasonable for a family coming in from out of town for a full week stay! Was even at the home before our check out time on the day we left!!! Unacceptable...especially for the price!

Very comfortable home with great space for everyone. Manager was fantastic and very helpful with everything. Pool and hot tub was fantastic. Location excellent. Close to the beach but on a very quiet street.
