Great attitude! I can only say the best words about the hospitality, responsiveness and help with practical suggestions of the contact person Helen. Mostly only Polish is spoken in the area and we needed a car serviss on a holiday, so Helena tried to help even with that issue. In the apartment was
everything we needed. Pleasant, spacious, clean. Grill in the outdoor shed. Sauna too (for an additional fee). If something was missing, we knew we could ask. We appreciated that we can also communicate freely in Russian. Would definitely return! Thanks!

Very friendly host.There was a lovely fireplace ,great views.Sauna available to book.Spacious lounge. There is a playground for children and a large very well set out BBQ for the summer.
We booked for 8 people and tried to change the booking to 2 people ,but the host didn’t cooperate even though they agreed by email.
We had only one toilet and one bathroom.
Most of our party didn’t end up staying with us so this time it was ok, but would have been difficult with 8 people .
There was one TV in the living room,none in bedrooms.
No bedside lamps ,no shelves in the bathroom.No coffee or tea ,no coffee maker/jug.Fridge shelves broken.

The view of the mountains, Helen was welcoming!
the beds were awful and uncomfortable I could feel the springs going in me while sleeping.. heating was on for 20 minutes and off every 4 hours or so.. the water situation was bad too it was luke warm water and couldn’t even fill up a bath after a cold day outside! Helen was lovely and welcoming tho.

Extremely comfy beds, and unbelievable views around the property of the mountain ranges.
Location was up a very steep hill, which if it had snowed enough was not accessible by taxi so we had to walk our stuff up

Perfect apartment if you have a small kids they can use children playground. Apartment is very nice, quite and its has everything what you need. Owner speaks in English and Russian also. Beautiful view from balcony in the evening when lights turn on in other houses in mountains.

Place was amazing.. Apartment was spotless and clean. Huge balcony overlooking the tatra mountains. It is a quieter spot which made it great if you want a relaxing holiday.
The host Helen and her helper mustafaha(bad spelling, sorry) were simply the best. She was so kind and helpful. We felt very well looked after. Helen made it a great holiday,its the little things she did that made it so special.
I definitely recommend this place and I will certainly be back, maybe at winter as I can't wait to see what it's like during snow season!
Only small thing was the hill walking up to the spa, my mam is 67 and she nicknamed it cardiac hill☺️

The house was really comfortable, with really spacey rooms. We loved the backyard and the sauna space. The owner was so sweet and helped us with everything. If possible we want to come back here again in summer.

the property is big and very comfortable, they also have a gorgeous back yard with a view of the mountain. it’s ideal for staying with friends or family. also the host Helen was super friendly with us. we’ll definitely book it again next time.

Was very cold inside property, heating wasn't work normal children were sleeping with termo clothes. Was bed smell in the kitchen from the sink.

It has an amazing mountain view from two big apartments. It has pleasant style that speaks about comfort. There is Almost mini zoo in the neighbourhood besides. Farm birds, pigeons and cows were nice to observe with small kids, but smell wasn’t pleasant sometimes. Owners spoke English and were reachable upon request.
There was no washing machine which could have been useful for longer stay with toddlers and babies. Balcony terrace was not clean.

Everything was a lot better than we expected. Rooms were so clean, rooms had everything we needed such as pan,pot etc. equipments were so clean, there was always a parking place outside and the owner was a kind english speaker which makes it even better. For this price, this kind of service. Only thing I can say is, YES!

The apartment was exceptionally spacious, exactly what we were looking for
The Internet never worked for the whole time of our stay, old towels, and tv channels didn't work as well.
